Visenya made her way down to the courtyard wearing her finest gold gown with her long silver hair out. She couldn't stop herself from thinking about Daemon but she knew she'd have to act normal at the feast amongst her family.

As soon as she arrived in the courtyard she spotted Alicent and her children seated together staring at her. It was almost like Alicent could see through Visenya and her acts. Visenya shook that thought away and continued walking towards her sister who was standing near the Weirwood.
"Visenya, I didn't think you'd come." Her sister stated.
Visenya signed "I wouldn't miss one of Father's feasts for the world." She said sarcastically, "Even when I'm critically injured."
Rhaenyra hit her sister's shoulder gently, "Ohh you're fine. Just because Father's weak you shouldn't play with him like that."
"Why does everyone suspect the worst from me? You're starting to remind me of Alicent." Visenya glared at her step mother who was talking with her children. Probably spreading rumours about her Visenya thought.
"I'm just saying, you act so innocent but --"Rhaenyra stopped, laying eyes on one of her maids carrying a crying baby Jacaerys in her arms.
"And shouldn't you be worrying about your son, dear sister?" Visenya snapped walking off.

She didn't know why she felt so aggravated today but it may have been related to her earlier adventures. Speaking of, where was Daemon? He said he'd meet her in the courtyard yet he was no where to be seen. She couldn't get attached to him but it was so tempting, she wanted to be able to just rely on him but he was constantly changing and absent. She knew that she'd only be hurting herself if she really did fall for him.
Visenya made her way to the long tables which were covered in fruits and sweets and grabbed a ripe red strawberry.
Sitting down on a stool she watched her family,  Rhaenyra rocking her son to sleep, Viserys drinking and ignoring his kids and even though she would never consider her family, Alicent was watching her kids as they played on the grass. Laenor was no where to be seen and Ser Harwin was suspiciously present watching Rhaenyra from the sidelines.
Ser Criston as also present but he was watching Queen Alicent who looked miserable.
Visenya was in her own world watching everyone as suddenly she felt a warm breath in her ear coming from behind her.
"Hello, Visenya."
Visenya turned around instantly, "Daemon! You scared me." She smirked.
"My apologies, Princess. Did I disturb your thoughts?" Daemon questioned watching her.
"You did, I think you should make it up to me now." Visenya stated looking into his eyes.
Daemon chuckled, "And how could I do that?"
"Well, to start you —" Visenya started when suddenly her father walked up to them.
"Brother! come and eat." The King stated guiding him over to the seats on the other side of the courtyard. She couldn't stand the constant interruptions, living in the Keep there was always somewhere there waiting to interrupt so she reasoned in her head for the need to lead Daemon away from everyone just to be able to talk in private.
Visenya watched her Father lead Daemon away and caught Daemon look back at her. His stare burned into her and she felt her heart rate increase as she distracted herself by fixing the pleats in her gown.
She smirked, at least it wasn't just her who was 'affected' after their pursuits that morning. Visenya blushed thinking about it, she could still feel Daemon's body on top of her.
She shook her head, she couldn't leave herself vulnerable, no one could know about her and Daemon. Not even Rhaenyra, besides, she had taken her time in telling Visenya about her and Ser Harwin. She felt immature going about secretly like this but it was necessary.

Visenya couldn't stand the silence anymore so she made her way over to the others who were seated around the table.
They were discussing Visenya's grandmother, Alyssa. She had never met her but she had heard stories which described her character. She was brave and courageous. Clearly Daemon had taken after her, her Father however... Visenya didn't know why he was the way he was. Always trying to please people even though he's the king.
She was snapped out of her thoughts,
"You've finally decided to join us here, Visenya." Her father stated approvingly.
"Yes, but only because I'm hungry." She smirked grabbing another strawberry, to which a few listeners laughed.
She could feel Daemon's eyes on her, watching her every move. She had always been confident around her family but she found herself feeling self conscious suddenly with everyone's eyes on her.
Soon enough everyone went back to talking and eating and she felt her Uncle make his way over to her side.
He took a seat beside her and grabbed a strawberry from the ornate plate on the table.
To Visenya's surprise he reached over and placed the strawberry in her mouth. Visenya took a bite and grabbed the stem from his hand. She felt herself blushing and staring at him.
"So, how can I make it up to you?" Daemon looked up at her from his seat.
To his surprise she responded, "Take me on Caraxes with you."
He looked perplexed and studied her expression, "Why of course, Princess."
Visenya smirked walking away towards her sister.
