Y/n's POV:
I was sitting in the living room on the couch waiting for Chan's boyfriend to show up. "He's not mean or rude at all. I think you'll be good friends." Chan tells me. I smile. "I think so too. The few times I met him over call, he seemed really nice." I mention. Chan comes over and looks at my face. "How's the bruise feeling? It looks a lot better than when you first got here." He says. I shrug. "It feels fine. It isn't as noticeable as Monday." I tell him. "Let's move on from that, is Jeongin older or younger than me?" I ask him. "He's younger. Even though he's also 18, he just turned it. His birthday is February 8th, 2001." Chan explains to me. I nod my head. I looked down at my hands and started to fiddle with them. Suddenly I hear a knock on the front door. "That would be him. I'll be right back."
Chan's POV:
I smile sadly over at my sister before I walk over to the front door. I open it and see I.N standing in front of me. "Hey Channie!" He says before giving me a hug. I smile back before returning the hug. "Hey baby. I hope the drive over here wasn't too bad." I tell him. He shakes his head. "Your place is like ten minutes from mine, it's not too bad. Anyways, where's your sister? This is the first time I'm meeting her in person." I.N asks. He walks in and I close the door. Before we walk out into the living room, I grab I.N's wrist. He looks back at me confused. "Just a heads up, there is a bruise on Y/n's eye. I won't go into specifics as that is her story to tell but don't be alarmed when you see it." I tell him. He looks at me confused before shaking his head. "I won't ask. Now let's go. I want to meet your sister!"
Y/n's POV:
I look up when I hear footsteps. I see Chan and who I assume is Jeongin. I stand up and smile when I see him. "You're Jeongin right?" I asked him. He smiles back at me. "Yeah! But please call me I.N, everyone does anyone. It's nice to finally meet you in person Y/n. Can I give you a hug?" He asks me. I nod my head and give him a hug. "I heard that I'm going to your school, what's it like there?" I ask. "It's probably very different than your old high school. We have regular classes like math and science like everyone else, but our history class will definitely be different because Australia and South Korea is very different. Then you have Korean lessons and English lesson which even though I know your fluent in English, the school will make you take it anyways." I.N says. I nod my head. "So, I'll just zone out during that class, okay got it." I say while laughing. I hear Chan scoff. "You still need to pay attention in class Bang Y/n." I roll my eyes. "I'll pass that class so easily. I'll be fine Christopher." I say. I hear I.N laugh. "Oh! By the way, I have three other friends that I am close with other than your brother and his friends. If you are up to it, the four of us are going to a cafe near the school tomorrow and I would love to introduce you to them. Those losers need more friends anyways." I.N says. I laugh at his ending part. I look over to Chan and ask him without actually asking. He nods his head. "You don't have to ask me, you're an adult. Anyways, I need to get back to college within the next few days anyways. You can hang out with them. I trust I.N and I know you'll be safe. And this way I can go to the college and get back into the schedule. I just ask that you be back home before the sun goes down." My brother says. I look back over at I.N and nod my head. "Sure! I need some friends from here." I say. "By the way, one of my friends was born and raised in Australia. He moved here about four years ago, so you won't be too alone in that. I'm pretty sure all five of us will be in the same English class anyways so you two can just hang out and chill while the rest of us work in class." I.N jokes a little. "That's fine! So what time tomorrow?"
