Chapter 32

***** One month later*****

Marie's Pov.

Luke and I now have a beautiful baby girl named Kassandra Marie. The boys have decided to take a break from touring for awhile, so Luke can help with the baby. The break also allows Izabel and Michael a chance to get married. He did decided to propose to her. It's amazing how much your life can change in a month. I keep thinking back, to my 17th birthday party. One night, one mistake can change your life forever. But I wouldn't change it for anything.

A lot of people say I'm stupid to have a kid at 17, and that's probably true. But, if I could go back in time, I wouldn't change anything that has happened. I believe everything happens for a reason. Weather it be good or bad, it made you a better person somehow.

I'm brought out of my thoughts when the guys start talking.

"Uh, guys, management just called." Ashton said walking back into the room.

"What do they want?" Luke ask.

"They were reminding us of the last concert we have before we have our break. Remember? We wanted to take a few weeks off, because Marie was gonna have the baby. The last concert is tomorrow night. The good thing is that the arena is only 20 minutes away. We don't have to travel anywhere to preform." Ashton told the guys.

"Oh, yea, I completely forgot." Luke says. He then looks over at me. "You should come. It'll be special. I can promise that."

"Luke, I would love to, but I can't take Kassandra there, she'll cry the whole time and I would go insane with her crying all the time." I told him.

"She can stay in the dressing room with Lou. I'm sure she won't mind. Come on, babe. Please." Luke practically begged.

"Fine, I'll come." I told him. He got this huge smile on his face. Wow! Even though he's 19, he acts like a 3 year old sometimes. But I love him anyway.

*** the next night ***

I walk into the dressing room with Luke and Kassandra. Izabel was her also. Ever since Michael has proposed, her and Michael have been inseparable. The One Direciton boys where here also. I guess they wanted to come also.

Harry came running over and started playing with Kassandra. Niall walks over and gives me a hug.

"How have you been, Marie?" He asked.

"I'm doing great." I knew what he was asking, without him really coming out and saying it. I have been months clean, and when I was pregnant with Kassandra I had to eat. He looked at me and smiled.

"That's great to know."

"Are you guys here to watch the show?" I asked curious.

"Actually, we are singing a couple of song with them. They called us up and asked if we would want to." Louis explained.

"Well, this will be an awesome concert." I told him. He nodded his head in agreement.

I found Lou fixing Calum's hair. I walked over.

"Hey, Lou, I was wondering if you would watch Kassandra for me during the concert. I don't want her to be down there with all these screaming teens pushing and shoving people around." I told her.

"Yea, that's fine. She can hang back stage with me." She said smiling.

"Thank you so much." I told her. She hugged me and told me it was no problem.

A body guard come back and took Izabel and I to our seats. We got front row seats, but we have to be surrounded by body guards. Half way through the concert One Direction runs out on stage. They sing a few song together. Before they leave the stage, Luke starts talking.

"So, I've know this girl most of my life. At first, I didn't like her at all. In fact none of us liked her. We all went to the same school as her. And we were mean to her, we bullied her everyday. And her home life wasn't great either. We picked on this poor girl. We did it just because it was fun. I look back, and see what jerks we were.

Later on in high school, everything changed though. I ended up liking, like really liking this girl we picked on. At first I just pretended I didn't, because I didn't want the other boys to pick on me. But once I realized how much what we were doing was hurting her, I had to stop bullying her and try to help her. I tried for months to get her to believe that I changed and that I loved her. I don't blame her for not believing me. She was going through so much. Her best friend even turned against her when she started dating Michael.

I eventually got her to believe me. But we had a very bumpy relationship. Her brother didn't trust me. And she didn't trust me completely either. We broke up lots of times. And we made up lots of times. For some reason, I couldn't give up on her. When she said she never wanted to see me again, I knew I had to get her back.

On her 17th birthday, I got her pregnant. Her brother was beyond mad. But I promised I would stay with her, and not let her go through it by herself. I took her on tour, till she couldn't travel a lot because of the baby. Earlier this month, we had a new addition to the family. Her name is Kassandra Marie. She's one of the best things that has happened to me. It's amazing how one night can change your entire life.

The point I'm trying to get at is, even though I've been a total dick to her sometimes, she somehow still loves me. I'm no where near perfect to her. And she deserves so much more then me. She has had her chance to move on. And never see me again, but she always came back. I will never know why. But I'm so thankful she did.

I want to call her up; Marie Can you come up here?"

I had tears in my eyes. He brought up all the good and bad memories. Even though he's hurt me, I still love him with my whole heart. The body guards help me over the barrier and up on stage. I walk over to Luke and hug him. He leans down for a quick kiss. He then gets down on one knee.

"Marie, I love you with all my heart. We have had our share of ups and downs. But I have never stopped loving you. And I never will stop. You and Kassandra are the best things that has happened to me. Marie, will you marry me?"

I stared at him shocked. I had tears running down my face. He moved the microphone closer.

"Yes." I say. He stands up and wraps his arms around me. He kisses me. Everyone is clapping and cheering. The boys have huge smiles on there faces. Lou then brings out Kassandra and hands her to Luke.

"Hey guys, this is Kassandra. I wanted you guys to meet her." He said smiling. While he was holding Kassandra the boys came over and hugged me. I then took Kassandra and headed behind stage.

Wow, when he said it was gonna be special I wasn't expecting this. But I will forever remember this concert. It's the best concert ever.
