Chapter 21

Marie's Pov.

After I got done with my shower I went to my drawer and put on some black leggings. I then walked over to Luke's bag of clothes and pulled out one of his t-shirts. It was really long on me. It goes half way down my thighs. I was still freezing even after my hot shower. I grab my blue fuzzy blanket off of my bed and rapped myself up in it. I walked downstairs and found everyone on the couch eating breakfast. I walked to the kitchen and grabbed a pancake. I'm not really hungery. I walked back into the living room and sat beside Luke. They were watching some movie I had never heard of. I ended up only eating half of my pancake. Like I said I wasn't hungry. Luke looked at me worried.

"Marie, are you ok?" He asked looking me in the eyes. I nodded. "You were doing so good about eating. Are you sure you're ok? You can tell me anything. You know that right?" He asked me. I nodded yet again.

"I promise I'm ok. I'm just not hungry right now." I told him shurgging. I shivered a little and Luke started to laugh a little. "What's so funny?" I asked him.

"The fact that you're still cold after taking a 30 minute shower is kinda funny. How are you still cold?" He asked me. I looked at him and rolled my eyes.

"First of all I'm ALWAYS cold. And secend of all, it was FREZZING in the water." I tell him snuggling into the fuzzy blanket trying to get warm.

Luke chuckles a bit then says: "Well come here. I'll warm you up." I moved closer to him and snuggled into his chest. He moved the blanket so it is covering both of us. He's really warm, like always. It's no fair. Why can't I be as warm as he is all the time? I found the movie they were watching very boring so I ended up falling asleep.

I was woken up by someone shaking me. I opened my eyes to see Luke standing in front of me. I reached up and pulled his head towards mine. I kissed him on the lips. After a few seconds we heard someone clearing their throught. We pulled away and looked towards the door, it was Ashton.

"Gosh guys, get a room." He told us and walked to the chair and sat down.

"Just because you're jealous that you can't see you're girlfriend and be all romantic doesn't mean you can stop us from being romantic." Luke told him. I laughed a little.

"Well I'm sorry that you guys being all ramantic reminds me of what Abby and I use to be." Ashton told us sounding really sad at the last part. I stood up and walked over to him.

"Ash, what do you mean 'use to be'?" I asked. Did they break up? I hope not. They were the perfect couple.

"We broke up. I guess she couldn't take the seperation all the time." He said as he started to cry. I gave him a hug.

"I'll see what I can do. Ok Ash? Abby and I are good friends. I'll talk to her." I told him. He nodded his head. I will defiinitely do that after I get home from my birthday dinner with Luke. I looked at Luke with a sad face.

"Mate, I'm sure everything will work out." Luke told Ashton. Ashton nodded and walked outside to be alone. I don't blame him. I know how it felt when Luke and I broke up.

"You should probably get ready. It's 5:00 and we are leaving at 6:00. And I know how long you take." Luke said kissing me on the lips before I went upstairs to get ready. I put my hair up in a bun so it's out of the way while I do my make up. I put a little more on then I usasally do. I put on some concealer, foundation, blush, eye shadow, eye liner and some mascara. I don't put on any lip stick because I don't like lip stick. I put on some chap stick instead. I put my hair down and curl my hair. I then put on my outfit. My dress is like a mint green. The top has beads and sparkles on it. I put on black heals. There not to high. (A/N- Pic of her outfit on the side.) I gabbed my phone and saw it was almost 6. I looked in the mirror and went down stairs to see Luke dressed up as well.
