Chapter twenty three
Sa'adah
We were sitting with ihsaan gisting and watching TV before her phone rang
She went up and headed to my room picking the call maybe it was her boyfriend and she needed privacy
I continued watching the TV when he came back and hugged me unexpectedly
"Welcome "I said smiling
"Thank you wifey"
He then sat beside me and started rubbing his beards on the crook of my neck
"Ihsaan is here"
"Really, where's she? "
He asked thinking I was lying
"She went up to answer a phone call "
"Oh.. So what if she's here, she came to our house and she knows what married couples do"
Oh my goodness this man is getting more shameless every day
Just then ihsaan came down
"Yy welcome "
"Thank you, how's everyone at home"he asked her
"Everybody is fine, okay sa'adah since your husband is back I think I will get going"she said teasingly
"Oh yes I will appreciate "saleem answered her leaving me speechless
I hit him on his arm and said"stop"lowering my voice
" sa'adah you see your husband wants me to leave so I will"
Ihsaan said smiling as if there was something else she wanted to say but didn't
I escorted her to the door and came back to sit.

Its been two months now as a married woman, at first things were not good but now alhamdulillah
I didn't even visit my parents throughout these weeks so I decided I will ask his permission because I really wanted to see my parents specially my mum.
"Saleem I want to go home and see my parents "
I said sitting beside him in the parlour as we were watching football
"Did something happened? "
He asked looking at me
"No nothing happened, I just want to go and see them, its been two months now "
I replied him making a pout so he wouldn't deny
"Okay I will take you there myself and pick you after I finished from office "
"Yeeey thank you "I said smiling widely
"Ehm and again about my school I really want to continue "
I said looking at him
"Okay I will think about it"
"Why do you have to think about it, you married me as a student and now I want to continue "I said sadly
"I know but you are now under me and you have to do as I say"
I stood up angrily to leave but held my hand and pulled me to his body
I started snatching myself away and successfully pushed him
"Why are you angry over this little thing "he asked coming closer
"Don't step any closer, I want to go back to school "
"I know and I also want you to go back butt... "
He then kept quite the words not coming out
"But what? "
"There are guys out there that can't be trusted "
"Then? Why are you worried about the men outside talking to me? I am your wife but you don't even like me so what is your problem? "I said fumming in anger
"BECAUSE I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH "
I felt like cold water was poured on me
Did he just confessed that he love me?
I couldn't believed my ears
I stared at him confused of his statements just now
"Yes you heard me right, I love you so much and I can't stand any guy talking to you"he said honestly
I could see the love in his eyes
He wasn't lying
He loves me and I love him too but I couldn't say it back
I knew that he love me but I was waiting for him to say it himself and finally he just confessed
I wasn't able to reply , my mouth suddenly went dumb so I ran to my room excited but didn't gave him any chance to notice.

I woke up extra early because I was so excited
I didn't call any of them to tell them of my visit because I wanted to surprise them.
