Diluc POV

I sighed. 

I had that stupid dream again.

Why? 

Why does my head insist on torturing me? 

Convincing me you're alive... 

Y/N?

It's my fault, but... 

You told me to take care of myself.

I can't do that Y/N.

At least he's attempting to do it for me. 

But why? 

You took his side four years ago... 

And he's helping you fulfill your last wish now.

Was there something more between the two of you? 

Not that it matters now. 

Look at me. 

I'm in such a state after you died. 

"Diluc!" Kaeya barged in. 

"What do you want?" 

"She's alive Diluc." 

"She can't be." 

"I saw her with my own eye Diluc! She's alive. And she's in Sumeru." 

"No. She can't be alive." 

"Snap out of it Luc!" 

"We both saw her die Kaeya!" 

"Let's just go to Sumeru. There's a business opportunity there anyway, regardless of whether I'm lying to you or not." 

"Fine." 

A while later, we were in Sumeru. 

"Hey, Aether!" 

"Kaeya? Weren't you just here?" 

"This time, I dragged this grumpy redhead along."

"Oh, Master Diluc. I'll take you to see the Archon." 

"You're growing close to all the Archons huh?" 

"Most of them." 

After a short walk, I saw a child standing in front of me along with a guy with a big, circular hat. Even though she looked young, I could see the wisdom in her eyes. 

"I'll be leaving now." Aether hurried away and we were left with her. The guy with the weird hat left as well. 

"You two are brothers?" 

"Not anymore." (Diluc)

"That hurts brother." (Kaeya) 

"You two were her reason to live, once." 

"Who?" (Diluc) 

"Y/N." 

"How do you know?" (Diluc) 

"I asked her myself." 

"She's really here?" She nodded, and my thoughts spiraled. 

Y/N.

You were alive all this time?

Scara POV

I have a bad feeling about those two...

They're obviously from Monstadt.

I rushed home and located Y/N.
