Sparrow was almost ready to make his "impossible machine", when he heard a laugh
"hello?" sparrow sprouted up, almost hitting his head on a shelf
he heard a portal warp and looked around
"whos there!?" sparrow said grabbing his sword, even though he never really knew how to fight.
the laughing gets louder..
"is this some sort of joke?"
he heard another portal warp, but louder.
"boo!" a voice said behind sparrow, the voices name is scott.
"ah!" sparrow yelled and fell down
"wh—actually..nevermind, hi scott.." sparrow spoke, confused on what happened
"whatcha doing?" scott sat down to match sparrow
"oh..i was..its nothing, what brings you here?"
"i wanted to ask to go on an adventure, we could be adventure buddies!" the scottish voice exclaimed happily
"sure!." sparrow said, hes been working non stop for days now, he thought it would be nice to take a break
"okay! pack your things!"
he packed up nicely, but felt like he forgot something..oh—his pickaxe! he quickly grabbed his pick and went to scotts
sparrow knocked on scotts door, and then something teleported behind him.
"ready!" scott said
"A—oh, me too!" he had started to get used to the spooky teleportation
"okay! got everything you need? lets go!"
"o-okay!" sparrow said, he was confident in this adventure
after a long time, they'd finally decided on going back. or, sparrow insisted because scott had been teleported less and he looked more tired, it took a while, but sparrow managed to convince scott.
"usually you teleport more..cant you just teleport home?" sparrow asked
"..oh uhm..i forgot.. forgot too uhm.. put a.. thingy.. there.." scott tried to say
"are you okay?!" sparrow was really concerned
"..huh?..oh.. uhm.. yeah im.. sure." scott said, he was breathing really quickly.
its been a while, sparrow had to help scott walk sometimes, but they were almost at sparrows.
"were almost there scott! you should rest when we.." sparrow said, he looked next to him and scott wasnt there.
"scott?" sparrow said, he looked back and saw scott lying on the floor.
"scott!" he yelled and ran over to scott
"scott! wake up!!" sparrow said
"uh—uh—" he didnt know what to do, so he picked up scott and walked to his tents
he lay scott down on his bed.
sparrow sat in his chair, wondering what happened, it was so sudden..wait—is he still breathing?!
sparrow rushed over and tried to feel scotts pulse, it was quicker than a humans, but good. he sighed in relief and plopped back in his chair.
"please be okay.." sparrow said to himself.
days have passed, probably around a week.
sparrow was working on his machine, it was almost done! sparrow was screwing nails in, when he heard coughing.
"..hello?" sparrow looked around and saw scott sitting up
"scott!" sparrow ran over to the teleporter and hugged him
"sparrow! im so sorry! i think i teleported with a sick sheep!" he joked
"im just glad youre okay.." sparrow said in relief
"im gonna go home and eat, until next time sparrow!" scott said, getting up
"bye scott, i might not be here next time though.." sparrow mumbled the last part, watching scott leave
