Dramatically Obstinate [Miguel x Peter B]

Chapter I {Teasing}

"Are you going to just stand there or get to filing those reports?" Miguel was busy doing his work while Peter was just standing there, carrying his daughter, Mayday, in his arms.

"Okay!" Peter said energetically, looking at Miguel, smiling.

"She's not going to be a distraction right? I can't have you neglecting your work!" He said while rolling his eyes and looking at Mayday.

"Of course not! She'll make me even more productive. Right Mayday?" Peter looked down at his daughter

Mayday looked up at his father, nodding as she giggled, agreeing.

Miguel can't help but smiled
"You two always have a way of making me smile, huh?" He ruffles Mayday's hair.

Peter then bows his head a little to Miguel
"Ehem."

He raises an eyebrow looking intrigued.
"What was that?"

"Ruffle me too."

Miguel chuckles while ruffling Peter's hair with one hand and placing his other hand on his back.
Peter closed his eyes as Miguel ruffled his hair.

He's enjoying this way too much.

Mayday let out a giggle again.
"Dada! Dada!"

Peter chuckled
"Let's go to work shall we!" He swings Mayday's arms playfully

Miguel chuckles looking at Mayday, his smile grows as he watches the father and daughter relationship
"I'll leave you to it then." He says waving as he watches them walk away.

After hours passes, Peter finally finished his work while his daughter is sleeping in his arms.
Miguel's phone then buzzes as the hours pass.

He immediately makes his way down to the lab to find Peter.

"Your work's done." Peter smiled while carrying Mayday in his arms

He steps forward towards Peter while smiling
"Mayday looks adorable, you know that?" He said, looking at the sleeping child in the arms of the proud father of the year.

"She's got her daddy's eyes, that's for sure." He adds

Peter looks up at Miguel from his daughter.
"My eyes?"

"Yeah, your eyes. The ones that look all warm and friendly, and the ones that give you that confident, devilish glint that drives me nuts." He teases with a smirk while looking Peter directly in the eyes

Peter chuckled nervously as he looked away, flustered.

Miguel notices a flush running down Peter's cheeks and can't help but smirk.
"Are you blushing?"

"Wh- what? No! N- no. Of course not." He looked at Miguel with embarrassment

Miguel nodded sarcastically while moving closer and teasing him with a gentle finger poke to Peter's cheeks
