Dramatically Obstinate [Miguel x Peter B]

Chapter IV {Home}

After months of Peter living in his old world again without Miguel, he has never been so happy although sometimes he can't stop thinking about him.
He took care of Mayday everyday as a single father.

One night, he sat in the dining room, feeding Mayday dinner.
When suddenly his door was knocked by someone.

Peter then walks towards the door and opens it as a tall figure standing in front of him.

It was Miguel.

Miguel comes back to Peter's place after all these months of being separated due to their messy breakup, his thoughts about Peter and the end of their relationship have been on his mind nonstop since that day and he still has to come to terms with the fact that they've broken up.

Peter just stood there, clearly shocked.
He looked at Miguel, trying to figuring out if this is real or just a dream.

"Peter?" Miguel chuckles a little bit as he sees Peter frozen in front of him, he tries not to have any expectations in case Peter didn't forgive him or if he wasn't accepting to take him back.

"Am I interrupting something?" Miguel asks a little awkwardly as he holds up his hands in surrender, he knows that maybe this wasn't a good time to come by.

He sees Peter's reaction and can understand, he'd be pretty confused too, seeing his ex-boyfriend who broke up with him and hasn't seen since.
The two of them haven't talked in months and this could be their first time seeing each other in all that time.

However, he was wrong.

Peter ran up to him and hugged him so tightly.
Miguel flinched at first, surprised by Peter's sudden actions, but then after he realized, he hugs him back tightly

"Oh my, I didn't think you'd react that way." Miguel said, still hugging him.

"Shut up, you idiot" Peter hugs him tighter.

Miguel laughs when Peter calls him an idiot, he laughs because it's a reminder that even though the two of them have been apart for a long time they're still the same and haven't changed much, he feels some relief as the two of them hug one another tightly, even though the relationship still ended on bad terms he was happy Peter was still around and still hugging him.

"You know I'm going to tease you so much for this right?" Miguel holds his arms more tightly around Peter.

"Oh shut up." Peter kissed him right away.

Miguel's eyes widen as Peter kisses him and for a moment he's shocked, but once he regains himself he kisses Peter back with a small smile on his face.

"Wanna come in? Mayday's been waiting for you." Peter gives Miguel a warm smile like he used to do.

"Sure, I'd love to" Miguel smiles back at Peter, glad that they're at a good point now.

He'd be happy to see Mayday again, he missed her so much and he'd be glad to see her once more.
Miguel steps inside the house, feeling a sense of relief coming over him when he does, he feels like everything he'd be happy to come back to and start anew.

"Mayday~ Guess who's back!" Peter swayed his hands playfully to Mayday.

Mayday then giggled excitedly as she hit the high chair's table with her hands.

Miguel smiles at Peter and Mayday, his heart warming up because he feels like he truly missed this moment and being able to act like a family again.
"Hey Mayday~!" He says in a playful tone as he smiles, happy to see the little lady again.

Mayday can't stop moving like an insect as if she wants to get picked up by him.
Miguel chuckles a little as he sees Mayday's excitement and he lifts her up in the air.
