Dramatically Obstinate [Miguel x Peter B]

Chapter II {Bad day}

Miguel continues his work for a few hours, he starts by organizing all the paperwork for his projects, after that, he makes the final adjustments to his suit that he worked on this morning.
Everything seems to be working great, the suit is ready to be used.

Miguel sighs and looks up at the ceiling, looking over his work and smiling
"Well, everything seems to be ready for tomorrow" He stands up and stretches, grabbing the suit for a final check.

Miguel walks through the lab, his suit in hand.

He sees Peter working on something at the desk and then walks up to him, looking over his shoulders at what he's working on
"Hey, Peter. What are you doing?"

"Working." Peter answered him briefly, he's still annoyed at him.

Miguel chuckles at the blunt reply
"Well, I can see that. What exactly are you working on? Maybe I could be of assistance?" He's trying to get Peter's mind off from being angry at him.

Peter shakes his head, still focusing on his work with a frown.

Miguel sighs.
"Fine, well. Just let me know if there's something I can help with, alright?" He moves his hand on Peter's cheeks and then places his arms behind himself as he leans on the desk.

"Besides, just working must be pretty tiring, no?" He adds.

Peter doesn't answer anything, he keeps frowning.

Miguel then sighs before standing up straight, feeling annoyed that Peter isn't willing to talk with him
"You really are persistent when you're mad, I'll give you that." Miguel stared at Peter, keeping his arms crossed on himself and looking away

"I guess there's no way for me and my teasing hands to appease you? Not even a little bit?" Miguel gives him a little smirk.

Peter looked at Miguel right after he said that while giving him a sharp gaze.

He scrunched his forehead, Miguel's clearly making him even more pissed.
"So, it's my fault?" His tone is a bit harsh this time.

Miguel's smirk immediately vanishes from his face when he hears Peter's tone.
He quickly feels bad for what he said, realizing that he's only making Peter more angry.

He walks over and puts his hand on Peter's back, wanting to try and calm him down.
"Peter.. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to sound harsh, I was just teasing you." Miguel says with a somber look on his face as he apologizes to Peter.

"Stop teasing me. I don't like it!" Peter looked at him, his eyes began watery.

Miguel looks at Peter's teary eyes at the realization that he made Peter cry.
He quickly pulls him into a tight hug, wanting to comfort him

"No, no, don't cry. I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to upset you, I swear."

Peter sniffles, his tears began to rolled down his cheeks
"Ju- just don't do that again."

"I promise. I won't ever do it again, and I'm sorry I made you cry" Miguel whispers while tightening the hug, he feels terrible that he caused Peter to cry, he just feels guilty for what he did and doesn't let go.

"I promise you" Miguel repeats again, he doesn't want Peter to cry ever again, he hates when he makes the people he loves upset.

Peter sobs quietly in Miguel's arms.
"Sorry.. just having a bad day."

Miguel continues to hold Peter, he tries to comfort him with gentle strokes of his back. "It's alright, we all have a bad day, you know?" He placed a gentle kiss on Peter's forehead, showing him a tender smile
