Maya’s pov:-
     It was rakhi today, festival I hate to celebrate this festival, all because of that person. I was talking to my friends, when I heard some one calling me. I can recognize that voice even in thousands of people, none other than my brother(Varun) who was the last person I want to meet today.
         Varun:- "mayu! How are you bacha."
         Maya:- "don’t you dare call me mayu. My name is Maya call me Maya understand."
        I told him and was about to turn around, when I felt someone holding my wrist. I turned around fuming in anger, my husband Rishi caught me. I was looking at him asking to leave, but he nodded negatively. I was looking at him blankly then what he said next stunned me completely.
          Rishi:- "mayu, Once listen to him. He came here on my request. I heard both sides of that situation. No one is at fault, it’s a mere misunderstanding. Once you listen to him first then what you want to do is up to you. But I will support you in your decision whatever it is. Please my sake."
       He asked with pleading eyes. I was in no mood to talk to him especially about that day, definitely a big no. But I accepted because of my man. I know he will never make the wrong decision.
        Maya:- "ok I will listen to him only for your sake. But after listening, I don’t want to see his face. Let's go home I don’t want to spoil others’happiness. I will be waiting in the car."
     I told them and left there. I want to run away from him. But I can’t as I promised him, my husband. Why did he do this? He knows how much I hate that but still why? I will ask him about this later. Currently I was sitting in our car like a lifeless person Rishi was driving, my friends and that person will come in other cars as I don’t want to see him.

        I entered my home and sat on the couch, Rishi went into the kitchen to fetch water for us. By then others also entered inside. He gave water to all but I refused to take it. I think he understood that I was angry with him. There was complete silence so I thought to break it as it was to end this as soon as possible.
       Maya:- "I am giving you 30 minutes to tell me what you want to tell and leave."

       Varun:- Maya, I know saying is not enough for what I have done that day. But still I'm sorry Maya. That day when you called me crying and asked to come to you and suddenly ur call got cut. I tried to call you several times but you didn't pick up. I got scared, by your continuous crying. So I called sunny to ask what happened. He said he was not in college, but nearby so would be coming as I was also coming to you. When I came out of my cabin, my assistant came to me running saying that we had a patient, she was pregnant and fell from stairs and needed to be attended immediately.
      Trust me I tried my best to give her case to other doctors but to my bad luck no one was available then. I was in a dilemma what to do. i thought to come to you,  I know sunny would come to save you but to that patient only I can save her. So I stayed in the hospital. I checked her and she needed to be operated,immediately. So I asked my assistant to arrange an op and went to call sunny. He said that he saved you and brought you to your hospital. I called my assistant to take care of you and arrange a best doctor for you till I come out of op. He agreed and I went into op. It was the longest lasting op I have ever done. We thought we lost them, but by god’s grace both are safe. I came out of op and directly came to you. I got to know that you need blood but it is not available in the blood bank. But some one came on time to give blood, when I searched I got to know it’s my patient's husband . I thanked him you know what he said
      “you don’t need to thank me sir, if it wasn’t you today I would have lost two most precious people in my life. In Front of that what I have done to you was so small. Once again thank you so much sir.”
        he said and left from there. I took care of you till you got into consciousness. But when you told me, you don’t want to talk to me see my face and you told me that you don’t trust me anymore I was totally broken. You know what broke me more when you went into depression.
       But when you started becoming normal I felt happy. When rishi called me to come here I refused him not that you will shout at me but you may get a trauma because of me. I am so sorry once again mayu. Please forgive me if possible. If you want to talk to me and see me or not it’s up to you no one will force you, not even me. Think well and take care of you. Bye”

     Saying that he was about to leave the place. Rishi asked me to stop him, but i was stunned 😯 to react something. I don't know what to do or say.
