Chapter Six: Answers ~7:56 in the jungles of NeverLand~

I was asked to join the pack, to learn to control my new powers and to transform at will. But that also meant leaving Peter and the Lost Boys. I was also offered to be the daughter of Astro, the Alpha Male. He said that he would not treat me any different than any other pups my age. I didn't know what to do, who to choose, a pack of my species or the boy that I had a major crush on and his gang. I asked to take a day to think, and Astro said I could, but I had to choose by dusk tomorrow.

I ran until I couldn't breath or run anymore. I stood under a giant Palm tree, hugging it. It was very difficult, choosing to have my own pack, or a dream I always wished was real. Which lead me to thinking of the dream I had last night. What had Charlie meant when he said "he was always looking out for you, always watched you grow up."? Was I the baby that Pan took from Hook? Who was my mother? Who was Emily? I decided to ask one of the Lost Boys, maybe they knew.

I walked over to the Hideout, and knocked on the door. Dexter opened it, and let me in. We took a seat across from each other on the furry couches. I took a deep breath in,and asked my burning questions.
"Did Peter take a baby from Hook?"
Dexter looked startled, eyes wide "How did you know?!"
"I didn't, but I had a dream about it" I sat back casually
He shifted his position "Ok yes, Peter took a baby away from Hook."
"Who was my... I mean, the baby's mother?"
He glanced at me suspiciously "One of the NeverWolves, her name was Constellation. But she liked the name Emily better."
"Where is she now?" I sat at the edge of the couch
Dexter shook his head softly "She died a little after the baby -Emma- was born. Hook took the bay to safety and raised her himself."
"How did she die?"
"Pan... He found out that there was a baby born of Hook. He searched day and night for Emily, and he... Killed her the second she gave birth and ran off."
I gasped and wiped a tear from my eye.
"I shouldn't be talking you this. I'm sorry"
I out a hand on Dexter's arm. He was about my age, with soft, kind brown eyes. And short, straight brown hair.
"It's ok, who is Emma and where is she now?" I already knew the answer, but I decided to let him answer.
"I'm looking at her right now"

That did it for me, I now knew that Peter killed my birth mother. I didn't know exactly why Peter did it, because when I asked Dexter, he said he shouldn't have said anything and walked away. I am now standing her, alone in the woods, thinking about what I should say to Pan. I hated how he kept it a secret from me, and how he took me from my real parents. I could have had a happy life, living in NeverLand. I learned that not only had Peter killed my parents, kept it a secret; he lied to me about it. I decided to go to the shores, and go search for Captain Hook.

I walked along the beach of NeverLand, looking for the Jolly Roger, so far, no luck. I soon spotted the ship and ran over to it, I couldn't fly because the pixie dust had worn away a while ago. I swam over, and boarded the ship. I was greeted by the same two muscular pirates that had guarded me while I was tied up. I raised my hands in the air, to show that I surrendered. The two men removed my weapons.
"What are you doing here? This is the last place you would want to be" One of the men said
"I need to speak with Hook"
All of a sudden, Captain Hook walked out of the Captain's Quarters. "I heard me name, what is it?!"
All the crew members watched as Hook turned his attention to me. He walked towards me, grabbed me by the arm, and dragged me into the Captain's Quarters. With one of the muscular men right behind.
"Bruce, tie her up, and make sure Pan isn't here, or one of his Boys. Or the...croc"
The man did as he was told, then walked out the door, closing it behind him.
"What in the blazes are you doing here?"
"I need to speak with you"
"Ok, go ahead."
"I know where your daughter is."
Hook looked as if he was going to explode with happiness "Where?! How did you know?!"
"I know because I am your daughter"
