Ugh, I can't believe that I had been kidnapped AGAIN. I was tied up to my old bed, in Peter's room with rope. I tried everything to get free, but nothing worked. I had even tried changing, but the ropes were charmed so I couldn't shift. Peter walked in, with food and water but as hungry as I was, I refused to eat. I just couldn't trust him, not after he had done. He set the food down on my bed and walked towards me. I stiffened, not wanting him to touch me. He ignored me and grabbed my arms softly, and whispered in my ear.
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you. I wanted to, honestly but I couldn't bring myself to do it."
"Why did you kill her?" I said softly
He looked into my eyes, they were sad, and lonely "I didn't want to be the only one hurting. Hook was the reason that..."
"Belle Anne died. I know, and I'm sorry. She was very pretty, and you were very lucky to have her." I finished for him
He nodded slowly "I hope you can forgive me. I know I was a jerk yesterday, and I'm sorry. I never knew hurting you hurt me more than I could imagine"
I smiled slightly "It's ok, I never knew my mother. It doesn't hurt, and I honestly can't imagine Hook being my dad"
He smiled and hugged me, tightly. Like he was afraid he would lose me too. He un-tied me, and wrapped his arms around me, and looked down at me. We locked eyes for a couple of seconds, enchanted by each others' presence. Peter slowly started to lean his head over to mine slowly getting closer. I at first didn't know what he was doing, but then I realized the he was going to kiss me. But then he turned his head and whispered something that I will never forget.
"I love you"

Peter let me go, and I wandered back to the pack. Peter told me that he wanted me to visit every other day. Or at least every night. I had agreed and already couldn't wait for night to come, it felt good knowing that I could finally trust someone again.
I crept back into the Alpha cave, pressing the button and walked through the the stone door. I silently crept to my bed and pulled the covers over myself and curled up in a ball, falling asleep in the comfort and safety of my soft and squishy-but firm- bed.

The next morning Astro made bacon and other kinds of meat, varying from steak to pork chops to meatballs and ribs! When we were finally full, Astro taught me the different kinds of Spirit-walkers. The ones who are more connected to birds, and others to reptiles or fish. There were so many! Then he taught me the first
Spirit-walkers, who roamed the earth as they pleased, making peace with the animals who allowed them to take on their form. I thought it was sad, mostly because those animals have given up their spirits and souls for us to become that kind of animal. I eventually began thanking all of those animals before meals and bed-time.
He eventually got to the actual transformation, which was quite simple. Then he taught me how the animals we become, are stronger, faster, and so on than normal animals. Astro taught me everything there is to know about Spirit-walkers, then moved on to being an Alpha and the responsibilities.
Later that night, I shifted into an owl and flew out into the starry night. Tonight Peter asked me to meet him for something very important. I swooped and soared, my heart lurching each time because I still wasn't used to flying as a bird. I spotted Peter sitting in a tree, so I silently flew over to the branch he was on. I gracefully shifted into a human, so as I shifted into a human, I would be sitting on the branch in the end result. Peter looked at me amazed, and jumped.
"I didn't even hear you coming! And how did you manage to get up here without me seeing you?!"
I smiled and laughed "You know I had Astro teach me. And besides, I was and owl so that's why you didn't hear me coming"
Peter smacked himself on the forehead "Right! I'm sorry, I totally forgot."
"It's ok, I probably would have forgot too. Now, what is the important thing you needed to tell me?" I swing my legs
He took a deep breath, then took my hands and looked at me straight in the eyes. My smile slowly faded, and turned my face into an almost serious one.
"Will you be my girlfriend, or whatever you guys call it in your world?"
I gasped silently "Yes!"
We hugged, and he pulled away. I looked at him, and all of a sudden, he kissed me full on the lips and zipped away into the night. I smiled 'So it's a challenge that he wants. Well, he better be prepared to lose!' I transformed into an owl again, and sped off after him, feeling the air under my wings pushing me faster and faster. I spotted him and silently drifted upwards, so he wouldn't see me. I saw that he had something around his neck, so I swooped down and grabbed it, and sped away. I heard Peter laughing, knowing it was me who stole his ... necklace. I looked at it as I studied it, rotating it in my talons to get a good look. It had a clear crystal on it, with small red beads. I held tight to it, and did tricks like Barrel Roles to throw him off. I swooped low to the ground, put the necklace on, and transformed into a wolf, and loped off. I knew he wouldn't follow me on hidden trails, it was too dangerous for a human. I took a detour back to the Hideout, and sat down by the door, waiting for Pan to finally come.
Hours passed, but I still waited, hoping he would appear from the thick underbrush. I whimpered, and shifted back into a human. I called his name, but there was no answer. I knew he was in trouble, so I shifted back into a wolf and ran full speed back to the camp. I hoped Peter was alright, and I hoped the whole pack was willing to help. Especially Astro.
