Chapter Ten: Love-Struck Puppy ~9:00am in the den~

I walked into the kitchen, and noticed that Astro wasn't there. "Hmmm," I said, and wandered around the designer kitchen and spotted a note with my breakfast beside it.
Dear Stardust,
I am out with some scouts because of the recent trespassers. Don't worry, I won't be gone for too long. Breakfast is on the table, if you need anything, just howl. I will be back by ten, maybe ten fifteen. I also left because I want to see how you manage handling a pack like ours.

I stared at the note. Recent trespassers? Could that be someone I know? I shook my head in doubt and quickly ate. I then walked outside, which caught everyone's attention. I took a deep breath.
"Good morning everyone!" I yelled, so everyone was listening
"Good morning Alphess" they all replied
"Today, Astro left me in charge. He wanted to see how I would do as an alpha of a pack. I will need some help, before I get the hang of it. I need three volunteers" I scanned the crowd like a sheepdog with sheep.
I boy a little older than me raised his hand, as well as some older ladies.
I smiled "Great! Now for the announcements, we are going to do a quick clean-up of the camp. We need this place to be spotless when my dad gets back. And we are having some Bluestone pack members visit us today, check out our territory. And don't forget, tonight is the Full Moon Festival! That is all, have a good day and happy Full Moon Festival Day!" I waved my hand, and sent the three volunteers a quick signal to come here. The obediently came, and bowed their heads.
"And what are your names?" I stood tall, showing them dominance
The boy stepped up "I am Fang, the beta's son. I am 14" he bowed once more and steeped back.
An elder lady stepped up "I am Eclipse, a healer, and I am 47" she to bowed and steeped back.
A teenage girl stepped up "I am Shadow, a scout. I am 20" she copied the other two
"It's nice to meet you. Come along, we have a lot to do" I walked away, the three following behind.
They taught me everything and I listened, paying close attention. I soon got the hang of it, and dismissed Shadow, Eclipse and Fang. But Fang still followed, keeping his distance, I could smell him. I pretended not to noticed, and helped some of the pack members clean up and prepare for the festival. I spoke to some of the cooks, telling them what everyone wanted, and what order they came out in.
Someone grabbed my elbow, and pulled me away. I was too shocked to resist, so I followed.
I turn around "Fang, what are you doing?"
He looked at me, then pulled me close. He wrapped his arm around me, securely. Wow he is strong I thought. And without a warning, he kissed me, but I could pull away, he had wrapped his arms around my arms to. He finally pulled away about a couple minutes later, and I wanted to slap him so badly.
"Why'd you kiss me?!" I stared at him coldly
"Because I love you, from the moment you stepped into this pack" he stared at me
"I cant be with you Fang, I already have a boyfriend!"
"Who's your boyfriend? It better be Blue" said a deep voice behind me
Crap I thought
I turn around, facing Astro and smiled awkwardly "Funny story, your gonna laugh, I'm actually not dating Blue, I'm dating....Peter Pan" I cringed, like he was going to slap me or something I'm in deep crap now.
"Get to the den NOW" his voice was harsh, so I quickly walked towards the den and behind me I heard Astro say to Fang "You and I will discuss this later, with your father mister"
