"Agh, dammit!"

Edd groaned in frustration as he leaned back in his chair and combed his fingers through his hair. "I totally could've pulled off that kill! It's just my lag, I swear!" His teammates in his lobby could be heard laughing at him and taunting him through his headphones. "...'Mad cuz bad'? Haha, very funny. Eat shit," he said, rolling his eyes and chuckling.

As he picked his controller back up to start playing again, the door to his room opened slowly, to not alert him. As you crept closer to him, his focus on his match grew. Suddenly, you gently placed your hands on his shoulders, forcing a surprised yelp out of him. "Did I surprise you, baby?" you cooed, ruffling his hair. Edd immediately muted his microphone and threw his headphones off -- which didn't do much anyways; he could already faintly hear the playful mocking coming from his teammates.

"(y/nnnn)," he whined. "I told you to knock when you're here!"

You giggled as you kissed the nape of his neck. "I'm sorry Eddie, I couldn't pass up on this opportunity." As he continued playing, you allowed your hands to roam around on his torso, his breath hitching with each electrifying movement. "I came here because I wanted to tell you that an old college friend of mine invited me to a house party, d'ya wanna go with me?" You whispered the last part of your sentence in his ear, sending electrifying shocks throughout his body.

"Can't, sorry. The boys wanna have a Valorant night," he replied, trying not to seem as affected by your actions as he really was.

You pouted at this, pulling away from him to cross your arms. "But Edd, you always play Valorant," you huffed. "It'll do you some good to go out and socialize some more, and I wanna introduce you to my old friends! They're really nice, I promise."

Edd sighed dramatically. "I don't know, babe, what about all the people and smoking and drugs and --"

You shushed him, putting a finger on his lips. "They're not like that," you stated firmly. "They're pretty mellow people for the most part. I swear. I wouldn't even bring you if that was the case."

"'For the most part'..." he mumbled. Edd pondered for a moment, still focused on his Valorant match. He sighed heavily before closing the tab and taking off his glasses. "What time?"

You squealed in excitement and clapped your hands. "It starts at 18:30*," you said, hugging Edd from behind. "Luckily for you, the theme is green. I'll pick out your outfit, 'kay?"

Edd took on a confused expression. "The 'theme'? I don't think I have anything... formal... in my wardrobe."

You laughed while you dug through his closet. "Don't worry, it's just a casual thing, y'know?" you said, waving off his concerns. After a short while, you eventually found a green zip-up hoodie and white shirt for him and picked out a pair of tan pants with black Converse shoes. After some more shuffling, you eventually found the gold watch and matching chain that you gifted him some time ago, along with a black belt with a gold buckle that went with it.

You pushed the clothes into his arms and Edd fumbled with them, trying to not drop anything. While he looked at the clothes in confusion, you began walking out of his room. "I'll go change too, Edd. Let me know when you're ready so we can go, 'kay?" You turned back, looking at him for approval.
