4- past

I woke up snuggled into blue soft sheets. I yawned sitting up and looking around. I didn't remember what happened last night and then I realized I was not at Cole's house. Just then Sin walked in and offered me a small smile. I returned it and scratched my head. He sat down in a Chair with wheels swirling around twice before he stopped and looked at me. " well after Cole left you got bored so we went to the bar, but just to sit. Then Cole called asking you where you were and you told him you were with me. And he-" he stopped looking unsure if he should continue. I motioned for him to go on. " well he told you to stay away from me. You told him that you can do whatever you want and well that didn't sit to well with him. So he asked for you to give the phone to me. And I said some things, he said some things you cursed him out and you got drunk. I had to carry you here because you told me you didn't want to go see Cole so I let you sleep in the bed while I took the couch." I nodded and stood. I realized that I was only in my shirt revealing my black lace panties. Sin let in a deep breath and I shrugged. I went into the bathroom and hopped in the shower. I combed my hair with the comb I found and wrapped a black towel around my body. I tiptoed out the bathroom and sin was in the chair sleeping and snoring lightly. I quietly put back on my bra and panties. " Juliet." Sin slurred. I stopped like a deer in head lights. " I'm sorry I'll go. Keep getting dressed. " he said as he left. He closed the door quietly. I sighed and dropped the towel. Cuts covered my body and wrapped my arms around my frail body. I traced a cut that travelled from my bra to my belly button. Cold tears fell down my face and I wiped them away. I turned around and sitting on the bed folded neatly was a shirt and shorts. It also had a yellow note on top. It said:
Cole stopped by and dropped off a pair of clothes. Your favorite boots are downstairs. - sin
I smiled and dropped the note. I put on the sleeveless sweet heart neck line red shirt and black short shorts. I opened up the door and heard faint voices. Then I heard angry shout. I ran down the steps and into the living room. There stood Cole, sin and Elizabeth. Elizabeth was sitting on the brown couch looking down at her hands. " Cole what are you doing here?" I asked. " I came to get you." He stated and grabbed my arm. I snatched it away from him and looked at him in disgust. " you are not able to tell me what to do. Just because we may be dating doesn't mean you have complete control over me. And you never will. What is it? Why do you want me stay away from him?" I asked raising my voice. " you may want to sit down." Cole said and we all sat down except for sin he stood up looking at the ground. I looked at sin and then at Cole. " Cole please I don't want her to know yet. I will tell her another day." Sin pleaded. Cole looked at his hands and then nodded. He stood up and grabbed Elizabeth's hand. " Cole can you let me talk to Juliet real quick?" She asked. Cole looked shocked then answered, " sure." He let her go and went outside with sin close behind. We sat back down and I traced shapes on the couch. " Juliet look at me." I looked up at her and I saw pleading eyes. " when I was kidnapped I was treated right. They feed me and made sure I got everything I needed. The fact is they didn't want to take care of me. The leader has a son. His name was jaden. He made sure I was alright. He had a sister named jade. She told me that he was not good for me. That he done a lot of bad things and that I shouldn't get involved and stuff. But I didn't want to believe them because well I loved I mean love him. That's one of the reasons why I was crying when Cole got me. I had secretly wanted to stay and I hoped that he would pick hope. But he didn't. Jaden said goodbye before the gang brought me here. They told him to stay behind. When I watched you out of the window with that sin dude you looked happy. Happy content and now people are telling you to stay away." I gulped and played with my fingers and answered, " sin and I aren't like that." She pulled my chin up to make me look at her. " but you will be. Look I know I'm about I don't know 2 years younger than you? But I do know a lot. And this I know. No matter what you hear about his past don't take it so badly. Just push it aside. It doesn't matter who he was in the past it matters who he is now. " she stood up dusting off her pants and walked to the door. She stopped and looked over her shoulder. " just remember that." She said then left while closing the door quietly. I sat there and slumped against the seat. It took me a minute to sink in her words before I stood up and slipped on my boots. Once I finished zipping them up I heard the roar of a car. I moved aside the curtain and peered out. Sin was talking to Cole through the car window. I looked at Cole and he saw me. He matched my eye and I out a hand against the window. He shook his head and mouthed come home. I closed the curtain and went to the back door. I snuck out and ran away from sins house. I kept walking until I saw a couple of stores in sight. There was a thrift shop, a donut shop, candy shop, and even a store called bad. First I went into the donut shop. I approached the desk and a young girl sat there. She had a cheery smile on her face. Her hair was in two pigtails and her smile revealed missing teeth. I could tell she only about 5 or 6. " mom! Someone's here." She yelled to the back. " hey I'm Mari." She said. " my name Juliet." I answered shaking her hand. Just then a lady came out with red curly hair matching the little girls. She wiped flour on her apron and up to me. She snatched her daughters hand away from me and scowled. " no touching people like her." She spat to her daughter. " but-" Mari began to talk. Her mom put a finger to Mari' s lips. " no buts. Go help your sister cook the donuts. " she demanded jamming her thumb to the back. The little girl shared a sad look with me and skipped to the back singing the song from the smurfs. The lady turned back to me with a angry look on her face. " I don't allow gang members in my shop." She scowled. I was shocked that's he knew. " how did you know?" I asked. She rolled her eyes as if it was obvious. " I'm phycic. Now get out of my store." I was taken back by her words and quickly left. She didn't know my reason for joining. They can't see the past and she had no right telling me to leave. Just thinking about my past made me sit down on the curb. One tear fell down my face and then another. I couldn't stop crying on that curb. After 5 minutes or so of crying I stood up and sniffed. I went into the store called bad and into the females section. They had a variety of leather jacket and clothes. I grabbed a basket and began filling it up. Once I was finish I had everything I needed. A new leather jacket, some new boots, a couple of crop tops, and some leather pants. I also got some new makeup. A man with various piercings sat at the front. He chewed on gum and looked at me. Once he saw me he straightened up and flicked his brown hair back. He spit the gum out and leaned against the counter. I chuckled to myself and checked out. He gave me the receipt and winked. I walked out with two big red bags with the word bad across it in black. I turned the receipt over and sure enough his number was scribbled across the back. It made me think of the past. Dammit there goes the past creeping up on me again. I balled the paper up and threw it on the ground. Then just my luck it started raining. ---------------💋xoxoxo
