Hold Me Close (Tom Kaulitz)

It was a weird feeling. So much hate, but so much passion. It made you even more mad at him. You just knew it was one of his tricks, to get what he wants. „Leave." You said to him after the kiss. He looked at you confused. „What?"

„I said, leave. I know that this was just one of your little tricks." You said and turned away from him. He didn't leave. He was still standing there. „Are you deaf?" You asked pissed. „No. But I still won't leave. Obviously you don't actually want me to leave." He said and shrugged his shoulders. „Oh yeah? And what makes you think that?" „I mean, you just kissed me. You are just mad, that you have no reason to spread all the hatred you got in yourself. You finally realised, that you actually like me. And you can't comprehend that." Tom looked very proud of what he just said. „Please just leave, Tom." „No. You have to accept your own feelings." You sighed. „There are no feelings, Tom. The only possible feeling is me being on the edge of literally getting violent." You yelled at him. His eyes started to fill with anger. „Maybe if that's how you feel, you shouldn't have kissed me back." He was getting louder now too. You walked up to, getting ready to push him. As you were about to do that, he stopped you by grabbing your hands. „Get over it, y/n." He exclaimed loudly. „Calm the fuck down." He said and just pulled you into his arms.

„Stop touching me Tom." You said, trying to get out of his arms. „No. You are gonna calm down. Now." He said, not letting go one bit.

Out of nowhere, tears started building up. You didn't even know why. Maybe you were just so mad at him, that you didn't know how to express it anymore. He took a look at you. You eyes watering. „Why are you crying?" He was confused. You didn't know either, so you just didn't say anything. Tom pulled you both onto the bed and wrapped you in his arms. He was stroking your back. No one was ever so soft to you. No one ever held you that close, and showed you that you are safe. That it's alright, to feel how you feel.

„You know, it's weird." Tom started. „What is weird?" You asked him and looked up into his eyes. „I feel like I always need to take care of you. I always felt like that." „Always?" Now you were confused. „Even when you thought I hated you, I still kept an eye out for you, when I was able to. You didn't notice it. But I was always trying to keep you safe. Somehow I felt the need to." He said and stroke away a strand of hair out your face. You didn't know what to say to that. „I don't know why I told you this." He said and shook his head. „Thank you Tom." You smiled at him. He gave you a soft kiss. You never felt this much comfort, like in this moment. „We are so weird Tom." You laughed. „Yeah." He needed to laugh too.

At school, nothing changed. You and Tom still picked on eachother, but there was this understanding, that nothing you both said, was serious. When you were walking past one another, he always smiled at you slightly, you couldn't help but smile too. „What is it with you and Tom?" Lily asked, pulling you out your trance. „What?" „You two were literally just smiling at eachother one second ago. You never smiled at him." She raised an eyebrow. „I didn't smile at him. I smiled at the person behind him." You said. „Yeah. I don't believe you. You never smile at random people. You love showing everyone how negative you are." Lily laughed.
„Okay fine. Yeah we talked to eachother and we decided to be nicer." „Just nicer? There must be more. You both look totally in love." „Shut up Lily." Lily just put her arm around you and pulled you into a hug. „I'm glad, you finally aren't that alone anymore! OH! MY! GOD! WE HAVE TO GO ON A DOUBLE DATE!" She literally yelled that out loud. „Shhht Lily-" „Double date sounds nice." You turned to your side and Tom was standing there already about to put his arms around your shoulder. You rolled your eyes. „I knew it! OMG YOU GUYS ARE SO CUTE!" Lily was totally overstimulating right now. Tom looked at you and started laughing. „I hate you both." You said, but couldn't help but smile. „We hate you too." They both said in a choir.
