"you're not the boss around here, old man," Dabi fired a small blast to keep Kiyo away from the door, "so, boss, what's the plan?"
Shigaraki scratched his neck, "she's not useful if she's hurt. tie her up again"
Kiyo punched Twice in the face and kicked Compress in the stomach, knocking him down to the ground. she grabbed a knife that Spinner had dropped and pointed it towards the rest of them, "stay away from me! don't touch me!"
"Kiyo, darling, please-"
"NO! you don't get to be a dad right now! how could you do this? why would you do this? you wanted me to become a hero! I went to U.A. because of you! I've been captured by villains because of you!"

her words gave Shigaraki an idea. he walked up behind her father, his open palm coming close to his skin.

Kiyo gripped the knife in her hand harder. no one else tried to attack her. all eyes were on Shigaraki.
"how about to save someone you love? would you use your quirk to save your father? or would you use it to hurt him because he betrayed you?"
chills ran down her spine. what is he trying to do? would he actually hurt my dad? he's been helping them for years, they wouldn't.
