Soul had woken up a few days after Zuri. They both now on their wrists had only four hearts, the fifth was a pitch black color. Carmel was upset that he'd killed Soul.
When they were 5 they were best friends, even after all the year they were. That was until, Ash her sister made a country and forced Soul to help. They were split apart. Carmel sat in his home looking at the old pictures.
Soul was making a flower crown and laughing in the picture, Carmel's wings were spread out, the beautiful golden feathers on the top going down, with white feathers towards the bottom. His white hair danced in the wind. Soul's hair was in pigtails, little blue bows attach to them. She used to look like any normal kid, in fact she wasn't even a spirit hybird. She was a warden.
Many people were scared of hybirds from the Deep Dark, so before her mother left her, she used magic to hide it, making her look like a spirit hybird. She had long black hair, with cyan highlights. Her eyes a mesmerizing red. Little black and cyan horns poking out from her hair, some shulk on her skin. He rememberedthe old her, her old name. Believe it or not Soul wasn't her name, it was Axel. He missed the old her.
"YES I GOT A TRIDENT!" Soul shouted happily. "ASH I GOT A-" "shush I'm trying to work" she sighed. "WOW SOUL IS THAT A TRIDENT" Zuri ran up to her. "YEAHHH" They both laughed.
"Okay everyone as you all know there is a ball coming up" Ash announced. "So everyone needs to get ready and help out" they all nodded. "Soul, Snow, and Zuri you all got decorations" Zuri high-fived Soul, and Snow.
"Okay so what's the color scheme?" Soul asked. "We have to do black and gold for the decorations, other then that there is non" Snow shrugged. "So any of ya'll got dresses or a suit?" "I have a few dresses" Zuri smiled. "OoOoo I can give you guys a dress, I have some that will good on you both" Zuri happily said. "Sure?" Soul answered. Then Zuri dragged them both to their home.

Zuri had on a beautiful pink dress. "We are so hot" Zuri said proudly. Soul laughed. "Yes we do" Snow posed in the mirror. "Now we should probably go back" Soul chuckled. "Probably"
"Hello you three how's it going?" Ash asked. "Amazing, we got all the decorations done, and got dresses for us" Zuri announced. "Nice, I think I'm gonna wear a normal suit" Ash shrugged. "Good luck with Soul though, she hates makeup, doing her hair, and dresses" Ash laughed. "Yeah sure, she already tried on the dress" Ash dramatically gasped.
"The ball is tomorrow night" Zuri squealed. "Yup, so" Soul smirked. "You gonna ask Cookie to dance with you" Zuri started blushing. "SHUT UP" They squeaked. "For a zombie hybird you're really normal" that got Soul a smack to the back of her head. "OW" "For a spirit hybird, you're a idiot" Soul only laughed.
"So, uh Snow" The zombie wriggled her eyebrows at their friend. Soul groaned. "Shush" Zuri laughed. "You started it" they both started laughing.
"So everyone is invited?" Soul asked. Ash nodded. "I highly doubt Sam and his people are coming, but if they do no weapons are allowed" Soul nodded. "And yes you can hang out with Carmel" Ash smirked. "Wat" "oh my bad you like Snow" Soul smacked her sister's head. "Bitch" she grumbled.
