—💿🎧💿🎧💿—Matt POV
Driving home from late-night lacrosse practice, I find myself thinking about her. She's the only thing I am thinking about at the moment. There are so many conflicting feelings.
Listening to White Ferrari by Frank Ocean, I pull into our street. Chris was supposed to come to practice tonight but said he had a 'last-minute thing' to do.
Approaching our drive, I look over to Tilly's house. I've found myself doing it a lot recently, there's a small part of me that wants to see her at the door, or at her window, waiting for me to get home.
Just as I turn the car off, I hear a door open. My head snaps up to look at where the sound came from. Tilly's door is opening, and out steps...
Chris?! What the fuck is my brother doing at her house?
I mean, sure, they're friends. But not recently. Chris has been upset with Tilly ever since she ignored all his calls and messages after the party.
Tilly then steps out after Chris. He turns and puts his arms out, to gesture a hug. Tilly steps into his arms and he embraces her in a hug that is full of such...love. I stay frozen in my car, not making a sound or moving. Just watching them. They stay like that for what feels like forever. Then, Chris moves and gives Tilly a kiss on the forehead before saying something. What the fuck is happening??
Chris and Tilly?? Really? What the fuck is happening right now.

Deep in thought, I don't realise that Chris and Tilly have both gone their separate ways until I see both front doors close. Getting out of the car, I begin to follow after Chris, heading inside.
As I'm walking, I start to feel anger and...disappointment? Slamming the front door open, I see Nick and Chris talking at the kitchen island. Both of their heads whip around to me in shock at my sudden entrance.
"Matt what the he-", Nick starts to say before I cut him off.
"Yo so that's what the 'important thing' is Chris?", I say with my voice raised, getting in Chris' face.
"What the fuck Matt! The fuck is your problem?", Chris yells at me, in confusion.
"Tilly! That the thing that's been so important to you? I'm out on the field at practice and you're at her house messing around with her?", I'm yelling now, the anger getting too much. I mean is he serious? He's missing practice to go behind my back and mess around with Matilda Stone?
"Woah! Messing around? Matt what the fuck I would never she's like my sister!"
"Then what the fuck were you doing at her house that required a hug and kiss goodbye?!", I yell, shoving him back.
"It was on the fucking forehead Matt!", Chris yells at me in outrage.
"HEY! CHILL THE FUCK OUT OR I'M GONNA SMACK THE SHIT OUTTA BOTH OF YOU!", Nick screams, getting in between us and separating us, keeping us at arms length.
