Damn, I'm the actual worst when it comes to updating my story's. You'd think that I'd be better during the summer but I guess I'm just incapable of updating stuff lmfao.

I do however have a story called "Fake Love Triangle" that I update a lot more frequently, so if you're looking for something to read then I could recommend that! It's not close to the spice that's seen in this book, but I think it's still worth to read. Please, check it out! :)

ANYWAY, THANKS FOR READING <3

You stood next to the bed, lazily folding your clothes as you let yourself slip into your thoughts. A longing sigh left your lips as you gazed down at your hand and still naked ring-finger. You knew that Arvin couldn't risk going out to buy you a ring nor had the money for it but you really fancied the idea of that oh-so-gorgeous ring that would officially claim you as his and especially to live out that luxurious princess wedding.

"Ahem." you swiftly turned your head towards the bathroom door, seeing Arvin leaning against the doorway, a towel hanging loosely around his waist as he looked you up and down.

"You looked like you were on the steps of heaven, darling." he chuckled as he walked up to you and hastily gripped your waist, making you moaned softly. He dug his fingertips further into your skin as he gazed down at you with those slightly darker, lustful eyes.

"Whatcha thinking about?" he mumbled as he leant down and casually kissed your neck, his warm lips trailing over your skin before he bit down slightly. His tongue slowly smothered over the little love bites as he nipped at your skin with a fierce hunger. You couldn't help but let another moan slip your lips, only making Arvin to bite down further.

"Nothing, Arvin.. I just, well..." you hesitated, the thought of Arvin rejecting you enough for you to feel slightly uneasy. You and Arvin had been together non-stop for what felt like years but in fact only were a couple months. And your anxiety increased immensely from the fear of one day awakening from this dream and wake up in the realization that you didn't in fact love Arvin at all. That you'd only fallen in love with his thrilling and unpredictable life or his sinful actions and devilish grin. The thought made your heart drop to your feet. Fact was that you didn't even know Arvin that well and that there were a possibility for you marrying him but then after realize what an asshole he actually were. You didn't even know the names of his folks, if he even had folks that is. You sighed, making Arvin's lips leave your neck as he looked up at you with furrowed eyebrows.

"Just what, my darling? Are you okay?" he asked slowly, his eyes filling with concern as his hand reached up to gently cup your cheek in an attempt to catch your gaze.

"It's nothing really, I'm fine." you lied with a forced smile before turning away to continue folding your clothes. Arvin's eyebrows furrowed further, his mouth opening but soon closing before turning into a straight line, as if he wanted to say something but just...didn't.

"Alright then.." he muttered and rolled his eyes before picking a shirt up. Your gaze fell onto his wounded arm as you stuck your tongue in your cheek.

"You have to clean that." you stated, pointing to his arm. Arvin turned to you with furrowed eyebrows as he lowered the t-shirt he was holding, obviously ready to pull the garment on.

"That's not necessary." he muttered, as he yet again turned around. You scoffed, something about his attitude annoying the fuck out of you.

"Yes, Arvin, it is. It's gonna get infected if you don't." you quipped as you crossed your arms over your chest.

"Doll, it's fine." he mumbled, clearly annoyed.

"It isn't-"

"CAN YOU STOP BEING SO DARN ANNOYING?" Arvin snapped. Your eyes widened, your mouth falling open slightly at his outburst. Arvin's eyes widened as well, his mouth opening but closing. You nodded before turning around and continuing to fold your clothes, your eyes stinging with tears as you desperately tried to hold it together.

"Baby, I-I'm so sorry.." he whispered as he reached out to grab your waist. You moved away, almost flinched as he got closer, making him clench his jaw.

"I-I think you should go." I choked, not daring to look him in the eyes as I hugged myself for comfort. Arvin sighed.

"Please, love, I really didn't mean to." Arvin choked as well.

"Then why did you say that?" I scolded, looking up at him as tears streamed down my face. Arvin's face softened before he opened his arms.

"Can I hold you, darling, please?" he asked softly, making you give him an hesitant nod before he pulled you into a hug, wrapping his arms protectively around your waist.

"I'm so sorry, pet.. I've just been really stressed out lately..." Arvin whispered against your hair. Arvin sat down on the bed, pulling you onto his lap. You closed your eyes as Arvin started to gently rock you, his chin resting against your head as he hummed against your hair.

"I'm also sorry if I've been acting a bit strange lately, darling. Thing is that I've been saving up for something." he mumbled as he reached up and ran his fingers through your hair. You pulled away slightly and looked up at him, tilting your head. He gave you a small before reaching into his pocket, your eyes widening as he dug out a ring, an engagement ring.

"I want you to have this, princess. And I want to officially claim you as mine." he whispered, making me choke again as he took my hand and gently slipped the ring onto my finger.

"Then you can have me..." I choked before leaning in and pressing our lips together.

You stood on your knees in front of Arvin, carefully cleaning his wound with a wet rag as he impatiently sat on the chair. Your eyebrows furrowed as you studied his arm, squeezing around the wound and making him hiss.

"Careful, darling.." he chuckled through gritted teeth, running his hand through your hair as he gazed down at you.

"Sorry, baby... I'm done soon." you mumbled as you dabbed the rag a few more times over the wound before leaning in and placing a soft kiss against the gash.

"Don't apologize. I could see you doing this all day, princess." Arvin chuckled, making you smirk and shake your head before you leant up and kissed your fiancée.
