Chapter 13

Back home Alex stops in his tracks grabbing my hand he turns to me putting his index finger on his lips. I guess he could see how confused I was because he then pointed to the door. It is slightly open and the gate is also open slowly turning my attention back to Alex I nod slowly waiting for him to make the next move.

He let's go of my hand and whispers for me to stay there, my heart starts beating faster and faster with each step he takes towards the door. I bite my fingers feeling nervous, just as he reaches the door it opens further exposing 4 men I have never seen before.

Alex does not think twice he turns around rushing towards me he grabs my arm and pulls me behind him "we found her" one of the strange men yells I can hear their foot steps behind us as they run after us. Alex opens the car door and shove me in before grabbing a gun out of his holster and starts shooting towards the men. The loud bang noise tearing through a onse peaceful night, turning it into chaos. My hand imediately rush to my ears trying to block out the loud sound. But it is no use.

"Safety belt now" Alex yells jumping into the drivers seat, I obey putting on my safety belt. He pushes the car into reverse and slams his foot down on the pedal my head flies to the front from the sudden impact. He changes gears again before making a sharp turn out of the gate his foot slamming down on the pedal again, I can feel the seat trying to swallow me whole.

"Call Jimin and put it on speaker" he barks throwing his phone on my lap keeping his eyes on the road. My shaking hands grabs his phone. "Password?" I shout feeling panic setting in slowly "1435" he says back trying to sound calmer but he sucks at it. A sudden sharp turn causes me to hit my head against the window, trying to shove off the pain I unlock his phone and dial Jimin's number.

"What? We're in a meeting Alex" Jimin barks through the line. I close my eyes not wanting to see how fast he drives but the attempt is useless. "Fuck the meeting. They found her" Alex yells frustrated I open my eyes and look at him. 'They found her'? What the fuck does that mean? I don't know them, so how can they be after me?

"Alex now is not the time to fuck with me" Jimin snaps through the line, I turn around to see a black suv chasing us. "Alex, you need to go faster" I yell feeling panic setting in completely now.

"I am trying princess" Alex's voice is softer this time, he is trying to calm me down but that is not fucking working "Jesus your serious they found her?" Jimin's voice is laced with panic. His breathing heavy through the phone.

"I'm trying to lose them then I'll take her to our back up plan" Alex explain to Jimin confusing me even more. "Don't try and lose them Alex, fucking lose them" Jimin barks through the phone Alex's knuckles is turning white from gripping the poor steering wheel "I'm trying not to fucking scare her" Alex yells. "Fucking lose them Alex you can apologise for scaring her later" Jimin yells, feeling pressure I cut the call.

"Hold on princess" Alex whispers causing me to close my eyes, I can feel the car going faster "keep them closed okay" he adds I can feel the car swirfing, cars honking at us. I open my eyes to see what is happening. Alex is driving like a maniac but for some reason it is less scary when my eyes is open. His eyes is glued on the road.

A few minutes later he steps flat on the break in front of an house, it looks abandoned. "Let's go we don't have all day" he snaps getting out of the car and heading inside of the house I get out and follow close after. His words playing in my head on a loop 'They found her' what does that mean? Why did he freak out? Why did Jimin start to panic? What is going on?

"Alex what the fuck is going on?" I ask onse were in the house he slams the door closed and locks it there is a few extra locks on the door. "Look I am not the one that has to explain this" he mumbles grabbing my arm and pulling me towards another closed door.

"Someone better start explaining what the fuck is going on" I snap as Alex pull me through the second door. "Jesus what took so long?" Jimin snaps jumping up from a couch my head turns to him. He gently cups my face inspecting me. Alex just walks away to the rest of the guys.

"What is going on?" I snap feeling overwhelmed "did they hurt you?" Jimin ask his voice low but sweet. "No, Alex got me away just in time" I
