*First day of school*

"Y/n wake up!" yelled mom from the kitchen.

I turned around, now the sun light hitting my eyelids.  Blinking as I woke up, checking my phone for any notifications.  None.

I sat up and thought about the worst things that could go wrong with the first day of a new school.

• Being pushed

• Getting late for classes

• Can't find my locker

• Lost around campus

• Getting pointed at for being new

"Stop,"  I told myself. "You're not helping yourself."

I got up showered, brushed my teeth, comb out my hair, you know the basic morning stuff.  After applying on my regular, everyday make-up I changed out of my pj's and began to decide my outfit for the day.  I put on white shorts, a crop/tank top, white Converse, and threw on an oversized sweater.  I quickly put my hair up into a high pony-tail and completing it with a red bow at the center of the back.

As I began to run out of my room, I grabbed my backpack, and phone.  As I went down the stairs I could already smell pancakes and bacon.  While I ate, I had a conversation with mom about the new life I'll start to have in L.A.

"Ugh, its 7:24 I have to get to school," I told mom.

"Oh well okay,  would you like me to drive you instead of walking?" she asked.

"Umm sure,  yeah it wouldn't hurt to get a ride." I answered back.
