Pt.1 Freindship, the thing that doesn't exist.✧

"I'M NOT GOING NOWHERE TILL YOU TELL ME HE'S SAFE!"

~Cafe Zìrán, jan.2 7:04 am, Impulse POV~

"Order for Impy, wait you don't come here often hun, whatchu up to? any plans for new year?" Gem asked me softly smiling 
"Oh I Just got good news, thats all" I grabbed my coffee, then placed a flyer on the counter infront of gem. 

"A Hero festival ey'?" Gem lifted an brow, then realized the same thing I did.
"Report It to the base, tell everyone. Were having a doomsday." I whispered to her.
I walked out the cafe, pushing myself to stand out then the others around me, walking like I rule the whole world.
But to ruin It all, I looked to the side for 1 second and, BAM. I bumped right into someone I still stood but dropped my coffee and the other one fell.
"HEY WATCH WHERE UR GOIN-"
"Imp?" He Immediately stood up and hugged me.
"zed.."
"Its soo good to see you again! What have you been up to?" He asked, he helped picked up the cup off the floor and then I responded, "Well nothing really, just work."
"Are you going to the Hero festival?" I was caught by surprised he asked, "Well yeah! I'll be there. For sure.." 
"Ooo yayy!! I'm so into that stuff, I wanna sign up myself to be one actually!" 
"hm, why a hero? not a villian? Just saying, you get more freedom." he stared at me.
"Well..." He realized something was fishy, "Your not a villian Imp, are you?"
"No! No, no, no! I would never!!"
"Hm alright then... My favorite hero Is TeleSci he's super cool!"
TeleSci was a lamb, his power was telekinesis. People say he was a Scientist at an old lab called 'Midnight Sun' But he quit his job to become a hero.
"Oh nice! Mines... Erm- Moon! Pretty shade ey'?" I laughed nervously 
"OoOh! Good choice!" 
Moon had the ability called 'Healing wings' the ones who touch her wings can heal, plus shes capable of flying to.
"Well, I better get going. I have so much work I need to finish!"
"Bye Imp!"
"Bye Zed."
I tryed to get as far as I could away from people, When I did I reached where the hero festival was going to held at. I had the perfect Idea... I'll plant bombs underground so when all the heroes are on stage... Boom~ bye bye heroes! I laughed manically In my head. Where can I start? Center! Perfect spot! I started my work, Digging underneath cement with my crystals and planting all the bombs I could and then I did the same understage. 
Once I was finished I sighed of relief... "Finallyyy..." 
"Well mortal? Finally what?"
I jumped, almost higher than the moon. I coughed then turned around to see DenSho. Which was Japanese for lore.
"AH. UM, ERM- WOW OMG, DENSHO HUGE FAN!"
"Really?"
"YUPP." I was sweating from head to toe. Scared he'd find out, I wasn't even In villian form!
"Well then, Why didn't you say so earlier! Need me to sign anything?" 
"Actually yes! And can I have a photo?" 
"Ofc m8!" 
I gave him a pen and my small notebook, then a took a photo with him.
"Thats It?" he asked.
"Yupster It is!" I replyed
"Well then I'll be on my way!" he left pretty quickly and I looked back at the photo and sent It to Doc. The message said, "get me a close photo of his face and palm-" As he was waving In the picture, "-I might have an Idea to break Into the heros HQ."
He finally replied after a couple of minutes, "I'll get It to you as soon as possible."
"Good." I replied 
"I don't serve greedy people Amythyst." 
"I don't either."
"Nice try."
I got off my phone to settle off all the stress from all that work.

~Chaos Trio's house, jan.2, 6:17 pm~
~Grians POV~

We were all playing video games together In the living room. It was just the three of us, always have been, and always will be. 
"HA I WON!" I yelled outloud
"NU FAIRRR!!" Scar said after me, I sticked my tongue out at him.
"Chill you two, Its just a game." Mumbo was the most chill person out of all three of us. 
We both crossed our arms. Mumbo sighed, "Well I'll be back, I'm going to get dinner."
"Buh-bye!" Scar said
"BYEEEE" I jumped up to hug him.
He left, me and Scar looked at each other, "Wanna reck his room?" I asked
"Duh." He replied 
We took about 20 minutes to play In his room, messing up everything we could but we made the biggest mistake of my life, that's when I pushed Scar  because he scared me, I pushed him right into mumbo's pc, knocking It over cracking It. We both panicked, "TURN ON, TURN ON, TURN ON, CMON!" I cried outloud.  
"Its not working..." Scar sighed
Mumbo's Pc was a brand new, super brand new, and he swore if we messed with It he wouldn't ever wanted to see our faces again. We thought of It as a joke though... but now that we actually done it, we are terrified.
We finally heard It, The front door creaking open.
"GRIAN, SCAR! COME HELP WITH GROCERIES!!" 
"Should we tell him?" Scar asked
"Better If he knew now, than later..."
We walked out to help him than after that before he started cooking we both stared at each other than to him.
"Hey mumbo..." I started. He looked at me, giving full attention. Scar hid behind me.
"Erm- we broke your Pc..." Scar said shaking. he sighed, "You two... how can I always deal with your chaos." He facepalmed and then shook his head. 
"Go to your rooms I cannot deal with you guys right not." 
We did as we were told without a peep. I was glad he didn't yell at us, It scared me so much ruining a relationship with one of my closest friends. What can I do to make him feel better? Maybe I can start a fund as Phoenix or Cuteguy! Perfect I just need a page- and an email... UGH ITS GOING TO TAKE ME FOREVERRR!! Time for plan b!
I went to my closet, where there was a handprint scanner behind all the clothes hanging and I put my hand on it, let It scan. Then there It was a secret trap door that opened below I dropped until I reached water I swam out into a hideout, that's where I go to design hero outfits, find more about villains, and etc. 
Mumbo, nor scar, knew about this but I did... My real Identity is different, but my two others were my favorites, Phoenix Is a villain who's ability Is called, "fierce wings" He can fly and shoot sharp feathers, Cuteguy Is a hero who Is just a normal bird-hybrid who can fly, but uses a gun to shoot down people. The ammo In the gun can switch modes, such as poison or Invisibility. Its quite fun being two In one kinda person.
Hm~? Maybe Cuteguy would make more funds? I hope I'm right... 
I got Into the outfit and flew straight out of the base up to the surface, I took a good hour or so to be In the center of a city and made at least 6,034. I took the last fund and walked home, but before getting there I was counting It all up and I stopped to look Infront of me to see...
"MUMBO-" Wait crap... that wasn't mumbo, It was redstone.  The villain who's ability was blood manipulation. He stared at me In shock, from there he backed away a bit.
"H-ho-how'd y-you k-know...?" He asked shocked, and shaking.
"I- I DIDN'T I SWEAR! IDIDN'T MEAN TO- wait... Your actually- mumbo...?" He nodded silently. How can my best freind... mumbo, be a villain?! Since when?! 
"I- I gotta go..." I ran, flew off as I tried not to look back at him, I was tearing up... how could?! He was the nicest and chill-est person I ever met....

But here It was, I figured out the truth. I walked inside the house as Grian and smelled the delicious air of.. "PASTAAA!" I yelled and ran to the kitchen, but mumbo was there already, looking stressed. I was worried, I tried to have a convo with him but he didn't listen. Mumbo served me and scar but went to his room Instead of eating at all. 
After dinner, I went out once again as cuteguy. searching for Redstone I couldn't find him I searched High and low, Left and right, North, east, south, and west side of the area. Still nothing, All of the sudden though I heard the sound of a crystal shard being summoned... "Crap! someone's In need!" I thought. I flew as fast as I could towards the noise. I flew to the ground to stand again, and continue walking down an alley way.
Infront of me, a dead end. 
Also In front of me, Redstone having a huge crystal shard straight through his chest from underground.
"MUMBO?!?!" I ran over pulling him off to hug him, but no heartbeat was heard, nor was he breathing.
"MUMBO PLEASE! ITS NOT FUNNY!! IM SORRY, I REALLY AM!!! I RAISED MONEY TO GET U A NEW PC-" I could hear sirens and the police were behind me.
"Stand up cuteguy, hands where I can them." I stood shaking. Blood dripping from my hands and all over my clothes. Either way I did do what they asked.
"I-It w-wa-wasn't m-me o-officer..." I said 
"Then why were you hugging a villain? hm? ANSWER ME!" 
"I dont know, I'm sorry..." There was about 14 of them and one of me, so I didn't nowhere but they did take me into a police car with cuffs on. I wouldn't let them.
"IM NOT GOING NO WHERE UNTIL YOU TELL ME HES GOING TO BE SAFE! PLEASE, HES MORE HUMAN THAN A THREAT, PLEASEE! STOPP!!" I yelled kicking at them like a child. 
"MUMBO!" My last words were when hotguy arrived pushing me into the car closing the door I couldn't hear their conversation. But I continued screaming and shouting, Hitting against the window until... SHATTER. Glass went everywhere I crawled out and flew out before anyone could catch me. 
I NEED TO GO, NEED TO RUN FOREVER. I HATE MYSELF!! I WILL NEVER BE A HERO AGAIN.

"Cuteguy, Newest update, he escaped from the police. The only thing left we can find, was this exact paper."
