AN : I saw this post on tumblr
It was 2 o'clock in the morning and Camila still can't sleep. She looked at the figure beside her, sleeping peacefully, arm draped on her large tummy. She pecked the girl's forehead and slowly removed her arm before climbing out of bed.
Camila made her way towards her office in the house. Pulled the first drawer of the table in the room, she took out a journal. She hugged the journal tight in her chest not realizing that a drop of tear was falling down her face. Camila quickly wiped the tear before opening the journal.
She re-read the journal, reminiscing all the memories until she reached her favorite page.
'Remember the day I borrowed your car and dented it?
I thought you'd kill me.
But you didn't.'
It was past midnight that day that Camila had returned home. She tiptoed into the dark house, hoping that Lauren was asleep. When she turned her back to lock the door, the lights were suddenly on. Camila jumped slightly before turning around, only to be met by her wife's face expression which was half mad and half worried.
"Where have you been Karla Camila Cabello-Jauregui?!" Lauren asked, her voice was stern.
Camila figured that her wife was mad, considering that she just called her by her full name, not Camz, not baby, not honey, not darling like usual. She contemplated whether to tell her wife or not, so she just looked down at her feet like it was the best thing in the world, while playing with her fingers.
She heard footsteps towards her then hands on her shoulder before an index finger tuck under her chin, making her brown eyes met with her wife's green eyes. "I'm sorry I raise my voice earlier, baby. I'm just worried. I'm scared if there's something happen to you." Lauren said softly before placing her lips onto her wife's lips.
Camila melted into the kiss, forgetting about her delinquency for a moment. Her fingers met on Lauren's nape as Lauren hands fall on her back, squeezing it. They kissed for a few minutes before Lauren pulled away and connected their forehead, catching their breath. A moment later Lauren pulled away and looked into Camila's eyes, "Tell me honey, where have you been?"
Camila sighed. She knew she had to tell Lauren sooner or later, "Before I tell you," Camila paused, grabbing both of Lauren's hand. "I need you to know that I love you so so much."
"I know that. And I love you so so much too. And you know that too."
Camila hummed, still contemplated whether to tell Lauren or not; because this could be a 50% chance of sleeping on the couch for the next few days.
"Baby, you're scaring me. Tell me what it is?!" Lauren pushed as she frowned.
Camila sighed before dragging Lauren outside their apartment and made their way to the parking lot.
When they reached the car, Camila heard her wife's gasped loudly as she let go of her hand and ran towards the car, observing the dent on the car. "Wha-why-how?!" She heard her wife's asked, but she didn't answer. She knew it was her fault. Her wife had told her not to drive her favorite car, but she did it anyway.
"Camz..." Lauren made her way to Camila and cupped her cheek as Camila shut her eyes tight. Ready to be snapped at. "Who did this?" Lauren asked.
"I-I did," Camila said. Her voice was shaky. "I-i didn't notice. There was a pole. And I-"
"Are you okay?" Lauren said, interjecting her, studying her face.
