Sivaangi-"ennachu intha ponnuku? (What happened to her?)"

Deva-"ivanga poranthathum asiramathula sethutanga, valanthathu anga thaan, anga irukura friends, brothers oda jolly ah irunthanga. ivanga school la unlucky-nu solli romba kindal panirukanga. athu konjam avangaluku hurting ah irunthathu.. (They joined her in the orphanage soon after her birth. She had a happy childhood there by herself and with her brothers and friends. Nonetheless, she was teased at school for being unlucky, which really affected her.)"

Sivaangi-"achacho.. apuram? (Then)"

Deva-"hmm, solalam... aana atha avanga kepangalanu therialayae (I might. But I'm not sure if she'll pay attention to me.)"

Sivaangi-"yen kekamatanga, venumna nan pesatuma? (Exactly why not. May I speak, if it is possible?)", she asked with hesitation. she doesn't want that girl to feel guilty.

Deva-"kandipa kathu-kutty, neyae pesu. antha ponnu photo ku keelayae inoru paper iruku eduthu paaru (Sure. you can. Take the piece of paper that is hiding under the picture of the girl.)"

Sivaangi picked up the paper and noticed her picture there.

Sivaangi-"nana? (Me?)", She remained still while recalling what they had discussed.

Deva-"kathu-kutty, irukia? (Are you there Learning-little)"

Sivaangi-"mm"

Deva-"purinchatha? (Understood?)"

Sivaangi-"mm, purinchathu (Hmm, Yeah)"

Deva-"nan unna orphan-nu solala, un-lucky num sola varala...but  (Your orphan status or bad luck is not my intention; I'm only saying. )", he stated in a calm voice.
