Chapter 19: TEMPTATION

*Ding dong, bing bong*

Monokuma: "Ahem! Hope's Peak Academy's school trip executive committee has an announcement to make. Good morning, everyone! Looks like today is going to be another perfect, tropical day! Now then, let's show some enthusiasm and make sure to give it our all today!" Once again, after hearing Monokuma's announcement, Hajime woke up and got himself ready for the day by having a quick shower.

Hajime: 'I should... go to the restaurant for now.' As if by habit, he left his cottage, and he just so happened to bump into a certain someone. That someone was Fuyuhiko, and it looked like he was going back to his cottage.

Fuyuhiko: "Huh?"

Hajime: "Hm? Oh, it's you... Fuyuhiko..."

Fuyuhiko: "Tch... how unlucky, I have to see your face this morning. Just so you know, I don't want to talk to you at all. I'm in a really bad mood right now."

Hajime: "It's not like you're going to the restaurant now... right? Were you planning to go somewhere else?"

Fuyuhiko: "Like I said, I don't want to talk to you... I'm just going back to my cottage, leave me alone."

Hajime: "You say you're going back... did you go somewhere?"

Fuyuhiko: "Hey, didn't I tell you I didn't want to talk?!"

Hajime: "...Is it that game?"

Fuyuhiko: "W-What do you mean?"

Hajime: "So it's true... what do you have in your hand?" Looking at Fuyuhiko's left hand, Hajime could see him holding an envelope. "Hey, what's that envelope? What's inside?"

Fuyuhiko: "S-Shut up! What makes you think you have any right to question me?!"

Hajime: "I'm not trying to question you, I was just-"

Fuyuhiko: "Are you saying you don't like the fact I acted on my own, without consulting you guys?! Is there something wrong with that, huh?! Are you gonna tie me up like Nagito?!"

Hajime: "Huh? What are you talking about?"

Fuyuhiko: "What? You don't know? That jumpsuit-wearing moron and that buff dipshit confessed to tying up Nagito in the old building, they weren't able to keep it together once that red-haired girl confronted them yesterday."

Hajime: "W-Well, I appreciate you telling me. But regardless, I didn't intend to-"

Fuyuhiko: "I don't want you talking to me ever again! If you do, I swear I'll fucking kill you!" With that being said, Fuyuhiko walked away and entered his cottage.

Hajime: 'That guy... he's gonna be dangerous if we leave him alone. I should let everyone know, but I should be careful not to make too much trouble.' It's annoying seeing Fuyuhiko refuse to cooperate, but what were they supposed to do? Kill him? And what he said about Nagito being tied up in the old building, was that true? The same building that Byakuya was murdered in. Perhaps it was a way to make Nagito reflect on what his actions brought to the group.

Leaving the cottage area, Hajime walked past the pool and entered the hotel. It was odd, Hajime didn't see a single person on his way to the hotel besides Fuyuhiko. Nobody was in the lobby, so he had no one to talk to before entering the restaurant. He walked up the stairs and found himself in the restaurant, but there was only one person there to greet him.

Mahiru: "Ah, nice timing! I've been waiting for anybody to come by at a time like this."

Hajime: "Waiting?"
