Chapter six: Practice and new member

~Chapter six~

~Miku's POV~

"I'll show you what real soccer is!" while I was walking to the soccer clubhouse, I heard the familiar voice of Pinky. My steps made little crunching sounds while I walked on the grass path to the clubhouse.

That dude really needs to chill but after all he might turn out better than I expected. Wearing my usual hoodie over my head, casting a shadow over my crimson eyes, red headphones and my hands behind my head I made my way to the door. Yeah, I did join the band but I told that I won't be able to come to practice as much.

I want to see where this Raimon team could bring me, opening the door everyone turned around to look at me, their faces showing the sign of confusion and surprise.

"Hello noobies," I said rudely, looking at the white board placed in the middle of the room, my name was written in red color in the position midfielder. "Miku's a midfielder, why so, she should be a forward," Handa asks, "I think Endou did it because even though my attacks are good, my defense is also really good, and because our defense isn't, I will play midfield." The team nodded in agreement, before Endou said in his usual idiotic voice "No, I just put you there since that's how it was written in grandpa's book"

Everyone feel down anime style, the more I'm with Endou I feel my IQ falling. The aqua head helped me get up, as I just glare at Endou.

Kino entered the room, her eyes widen a bit, looking at everyone on the cold ground "Did something happen" I shook my head. "You have a quest," Kino said, moving away from the door to let Natsumi in.

"Why did you bring someone like her here," Pinky said in a rude voice earning a kick from me." Regarding the practice match against Teikoku Academy, at least you've temporarily escaped the fate of disbanding, your next opponent school has been decided"

Everyone looked at her in shock except me, of course, there is going to be a match are you, idiots, I could bare the feeling of not sweat dropping at their reaction.

Everyone kept talking how they were excited about their next match while I just sat on the floor bored.

A match is interesting and all but when you played a lot of them it gets kind of boring. The match is going to be in a week ageist Occult Junior High, the aqua head looked at me with sadden eyes but looked away in a matter of seconds.

"Hey Miku aren't you excited about the match" Captain asked me, "Actually no, maybe for you guys it is but for me it's just another match" I said coldly, even though I acted cold around him, he still smiles, weird guy. But I guess playing with them is kind of fun...

~Time skip practicing at the river bank~

I watched as Someoka played, he does have talent, but he is just rude. For me well I just passed the ball without doing anything, why? Well, because why should I, I keep my energy and don't have to make them suffer playing against me.

But the thing that most surprised me was when Pinky did a foul and pushed his own teammate, which made me dislike this guy even more, maybe I should teach him a lesson.

He tried to score but failed each time, so the next time he tried I ran up to him "Well Pinky nice to finally meet up" I smiled evilly, took a chance and slide tackled him hitting his leg on purpose making him fall down on the ground.

"Miku you did that on purpose" aqua head yelled, while helping Someoka  get up, "I did because I got sick of his attitude" my crimson eyes glared at Pinky "You need to stop the way you're playing, too rough".
