NADIA:
Flashback:
When Nadia was 14
I had nowhere to go, I just kept running, Mike got really angry at me because I dropped a glass by accident, my wrist was really sore because I fell on it a weird way and Mike asked me to get a glass for him so I did but my wrists felt like I was sprained so I dropped the glass.

And Mike got very angry, he started screaming at me saying that it was my fault, that I deserved another punishment and he didn't care what he did or what the outcome was, because he was drunk he couldn't walk in a straight line, so when he was stumbling, he fell over, and I took it as my chance to run.

I ran for as long as I could, hoping Mike wouldn't find me, I ran into the woods that were near my house, and I heard in a little stump, I was still small enough, due to being malnourished, to fit into the little stump and hide.

But my luck ran out, after a few minutes of hiding, Mike found me, he pulled me up by my hair and dragged me back to the house, I was crying, screaming clawing at him to let me go because he had a menacing look on his face, and I knew my punishment is going to be bad.

When we got inside the house, Mike threw me to the floor and grabbed one of his favourite punishments tools, he grabbed a baseball bat that was lying against the wall beside the door.

"I'm going to have fun with this, because you decided to make your punishment worse for yourself, kitten" he rose the bat over his head, and with all his force swung down, aiming for my stomach.
Flashback over

"NADIA!" I heard someone yell, I quickly opened my eyes, sitting up in bed and gasping for air, I looked around and saw my family all in my room, Eli was the one who woke me, Nico, Noah, and Alexei were sitting on my bed, and at the end of my bed, Antonio, Mom and dad were all at the door, it was like dad was guarding the door, while mom was holding Antonio back from doing something?

I'm not even sure what's going on, I looked over to lie, and before I could even ask, he started explaining to me what happened. "You were having another nightmare, he kept saying 'Mike please don't do this, I'm sorry I don't run away again' over and over again in your sleep, when we all came in, you were crying, we eventually woke you up but it took a while" Eli explained with his voice slightly cracking.

I didn't know how to react, I haven't had a nightmare in such a long time, why now? Why when things were getting better? I sighed quietly and moved closer to Eli, needing comfort and luckily for me, Eli is a big teddy bear.

"You ok honey?" My mom asked, looking between me and Eli, I nodded and looked over to an annoyed Antonio. "You ok Toni?" I asked gently, I didn't want to make him more angry, Toni looked over to me and nodded his head. "Yeah, sorry arachidi, I just hate seeing you like that" he explained.

After a while, my family left my room and went back to bed, I couldn't fall asleep for a while, so I put on YouTube on my phone and watched some of my favourite YouTubers until I fell asleep.

ANTONIO:
I want to fucking kill Mike, he is dead the next time I see him I swear, I jogged down the stairs and went to the basement door until someone touched my shoulder, I slowly turned and saw my dad standing behind me, I let go of the door handle and sighed.

"Do you think I would let you beat the living shit out of that son of a bitch, without me? After I saw how bad Nadia's nightmare was after months of having none? Then you're wrong" he smirked before opening the door, with me following him in.

Time skip:
Me and dad walked up the steps of the basement, blood all over us, I quickly called the twins for them to distract Nadia when we went upstairs.

Once we got upstairs, we both quickly went to our rooms and had a shower, when I had the blood off, I walked back downstairs and saw Nadia and Mom in the kitchen.

"Nadia said Matteo is coming over so we are making mac&cheese" Mom smiled. I smirked and left the kitchen, I get to torment Nadia's boyfriend again, this will be fun.

After an hour, the doorbell rang through the house, me and the boys smirked, Nadia went to the door, but I grabbed her before she could, picking her up and letting her dangle in my arms so she couldn't go to the door. "Let me go!" She exclaimed but none of us listened to her.

Eli opened the door and Matteo had a confused expression on his face when he saw Nadia being held against her will. "Hey Matteo" I smiled, I eventually let Nadia go and we all walked into the kitchen.

"Hey Matteo" Mom smiled when she saw him walk into the kitchen, Matteo smiled and sat beside Nadia on the bench in the kitchen. "Hi ms-Noelle" Matteo stuttered, Mom and Dad told him to call them by their first names but he keeps forgetting.

We stayed in the kitchen for a little while until the two love birds went into the movie room, of course, we kept interrupting them every now and again.

When me and Alexei walked into the movie room, of course, a Disney movie was playing, we wanted to scare them, but when we walked over to them, they were both fast asleep.

I looked over to Alexei and smiled at them, we slowly walked backwards and closed the door and let the love birds sleep. I'm happy Nadia found someone that treats her like the princess she is.
