ALEXEI:
I walked over to my two idiotic brothers, the others stayed inside and let me handle the twins, they are complete idiots because Lucas helped us find Nadia. They're just mad that he stayed even after Nadia closed the door in his face.

Eli and Nico have to remember, they can't beat up everyone that hurts our baby sister. "Guys go inside and check if Nadia is awake or not" I said not wanting to deal with an annoyed or pissed-off Eli and Nico. Eventually, they listened to me and they walked inside, the door closed before I turn back to Lucas. He had a small smile on his face, and I knew he was grateful for me, coming out.

"So do you want to tell me what the fuck happened between you and my baby sister" I sternly asked, Lucas quickly sat up and looked at me with a small look of guilt on his face before responding

"I didn't say anything mean to her. I was just checking up on her, I swear. My Dad is buddies with Mike, and when he told my mom that he was going to a warehouse-type thing with Mike, I had a bad feeling about it so I decided to go" Lucas, explain the side of the story

I'm grateful that he decided to go with his Dad, because if he didn't, we would still be looking for Nadia and God knows what could've happened to her. I gave him an awkward pat on the back and started walking back to the house before turning back to the boy.

"Do you want to come inside? Maybe check on Nadia once she's woken up" I said to him. Lucas agreed and we both walked inside earning glares from Eli and Nico, but I didn't care.

He helped us save Nadia. I can't hate him, if it wasn't for Lucas, we would still be looking for Nadia and we wouldn't have her foster parents in our basement. So I owe him thanks for everything.

We both walked into the kitchen and Dad leaned against the counter, his eyes not leaving Lucas when we walk in. He forced himself off the counter and walked over to Lucas, we all looked at him confused before he put his hand out and Lucas shook his hand.

"Thank you for helping us save our girl" he smiled, Lucas smiled back and before he could say anything Nadia walked in and went straight to Eli, she knew all of us were in the kitchen and we all knew she just wanted Eli.

It's been their thing since they were small. Eli picked up Nadia and held her close to him, no one said anything, it was silence throughout the kitchen, we didn't know if we should check if Nadia is ok or just let Eli handle it.

Most of the time when we were kids, we would let Eli handle if Nadia was upset, he always had a way to help her.

Lucas stayed a few more minutes and when he went home, Nadia was still attached to Eli. "You want to talk about it Tesoro" I whispered, Nadia looked up at me and shook her head with a small smile on her face. "It's nothing bad, Lucas just said about my foster parents and how you all found me" she whispered, closing her eyes again.

Eli kissed her forehead gently and held her closer to him. "Do you want food sorellina?" Nico asked gently, trying not to scare her. She lifted her head up from Eli's shoulder and nodded her head.

Dad smiled and told us to get out of the kitchen while he made all of us dinner, he made Nadia's favourite food which we all liked.

"I think I have eaten too much" Nadia said with a small laugh, she leans back against the seat and sighed. The food was really good and we were all in a food coma.

"Can I go back to school soon?" Nadia asked out of the blue. Mom and Dad looked at each other and then back to Nadia. "Just a check-up from the doctor then yes" Dad explained. Nadia smiled, Nico and Eli were both smiling after hearing the news.

We stayed up talking until we decided to go to bed since it was getting late and the twins had school the next day so they had to go to bed. I walked into my room and sat down on my bed.

I couldn't sleep, knowing them motherfuckers were in the basement, I stood up from my bed and walked quietly over to the stairs. I walked past Nadia's room and saw her fast asleep cairn her stuffy attached to her side. She looked adorable.

I felt a small pang in my chest when I saw how calm she was. When we first met her, she was terrified of us, and we earned her trust, I don't want to break that.

I quickly slipped into her room and walks over to her bed. I leaned down and gently placed a soft kiss onto her forehead. "I promise to protect you, Tesoro"

I walked out of her room and kept the door open a little, knowing she would prefer that. I walked down to the kitchen, quickly and quietly getting a drink before walking over to the door that leads to the basement.

"What do you think you're doing?" I heard from behind me. I slowly turned and saw Antonio standing behind me with a small smirk on his face. Shit. I'm dead.

"You're not going down to torture them pricks without me, are you?" I laughed and shook my head, Antonio laughed and threw me a baseball bat. My favourite thing to use.

"Let's have some fun with this"
