Stan's P.O.V

It's time for the battle of our lives. Our very first death challenge.

As we said,we'll go out there in pairs. 4 teams. Our plan is to eliminate the monsters first then regroup and find all the puzzle pieces. In case one or more groups fail to kill the monster,we plan to regroup in the clubroom.

The pairs and quest location are :
- Stan and Robin ( Library )
- June and Tyler ( Gyms )
- Summer and Mica ( Classrooms )
- Nico and Shamira ( Swimming pools )

We grouped ourselves based on our weapons. Each team consisting of one short-ranged weapon user and one long-range user. I hope this works though. We rested for one more our in the clubroom,chatting about random stuff. It's pretty nice,seeing them like this. Even if we're in the middle of one scary game,here they are,smiling and telling jokes.

I hope we'll all survive. No,maybe that's wrong....We will survive.

I looked at the wall clock in our clubroom. 5 more minutes til go time. I let the others chat for awhile while they readied their weapons. I opened the door and went out the clubroom. That's weird. The air feels different.

I looked up in the sky through the windows in the hall. Strange,really strange. The sun is blue. What's happening? Is this maybe an aftereffect of summoning the game? I rubbed my eyes. There was the sun,all normal yellow again. Maybe I was hallucinating....

Suddenly,I saw a girl walking towards me. She had long beautiful hair and sparkling blue eyes. She wore a white sundress and a white sunhat. Who was she? Before I knew it,there she was,in front of me.

"Hi there,Stan." She said to me. Her voice was all nice too. She's like an angel.

"Hi..um,I've never seen you here before...are you new?" I replied.

"Look,Stan..." Her expression turned dark. "There's a lot of things I can't tell you yet but hear me out. Those 'gifts' you received for your quests won't help you at all. Don't rely on it."

"Wait,how'd you know about-----"

"There's no time. It's time for your quest. I'm sorry but I need to go...I'll be back soon."

She waved goodbye to me and walked away,disappearing in the distance. I stood there dazed. What did she mean anyway? Who was she and...how did she know my name?

Lost in my thoughts,I was hit by the door that opened behind me. "Ow! That hurt,you tyrant!"

"Your fault,brat." Tyler said. "You were behind the damn door. Besides,this is no time to fight amongst ourselves."

"True." I agreed. Everyone went out,now all of us are here outside of the room. That means our quest had started.

"Time to split up,I guess." Summer said. "Good luck everyone!"

As we planned,we all split up in pairs and went to our destined location. Me and Robin headed for the library....little did we know that our location had a monster waiting for us....
