Y/N L/N's POINT OF VIEW. LOCATION: UNKNOWN AIRSPACE, RAPIDLY APPROACHING LAGOS. (11 MONTHS SINCE AOU.) (Y/N's AGE: NINETEEN.)
"Increase the wingspan, We'll be there within twenty." I order towards Raptor, still soaring through the air towards my mission objective.
It's been a while since anything of this calibre has been thrown onto me. But with my new upgrades, thanks to Tony Stark and Stephen, I'd say I was eager to test things out.
As I continue to rocket through the sky, I hear the radio-chat open, soon enough, Steve's voice begins to echo through.
"Y/N, you in position?" He asks quietly, obviously hiding some place.
Soaring over I cloud I speak.
"I'm a few miles out, with these new upgrades though? Give me five minutes." I reply, moving closer and closer to Lagos, the location of our said mission. I hear Steve let out a defeated breath before speaking. "Roger that." He replies weakly, before ending the radio call.
A moment of silence passes before I hear Raptor speak..
"We are still a fair distance out." He states as monotone as usual.
I sigh in annoyance.
"Well begin a test report, this'll serve as speed test-fifty two." I order, before readying preparing myself for the flight ahead..
(TIME-SKIP)
NO ONE's POINT OF VIEW. LOCATION: LAGOS, UNKNOWN STREET. (10 MINUTES SINCE LAST P.O.V)
On the packed streets of Lagos, everything seemed as usual. People tending to their lives, cars moving to and from places. But within one cafe on the streets of Lagos, One figure was seen..Eyes red as she scanned around herself.
"Wanda..You'll be spotted." Steve spoke gently into the radio, causing Wanda to instantly stop her unusual way of scanning the area.
"S-Sorry, Cap." He quietly spoke, drawing her attention to her tea she had sat on the table in front of her. Another moment passes before Steve's voice could be heard again.
With a semi-quiet hum, he spoke. "Nat, Wanda, what do you see?" He asks in a huff.
Wanda raises her cup before looking around at her surroundings.
