Chilton was holding a dance and the twins had decided to go. Rachel wanted to go after Madeline and Louise hyped it up but on the other hand Rory hated the idea of going and it took quite a while of begging to get Rory agree to go with her.
Rachel agreed to go and wait in the ticket line as part of the deal so Rory didn't have too.
"Hey Gilmore you going to the dance?"
Once again Tristan had found the girl.
"No, I thought this was the line for the girls toilets, damn."
Rachel replied with her usual sarcasm.
"You know the guys supposed to buy the tickets?"
"Really? Does Susan faludi know about this?"
"Unless there is no guy?"
"So what if there isn't? Im a feminist."
"Well then I've gotta confess something to you, I don't have a date either, And I thought you'd like to go with me."
"Oh really?"
"Yes really."
"Hm.. maybe."
"Maybe?"
Rachel continued to play games with the blond as he walked with her down the line.
"Mm are you a good dancer?"
"Might be, Is that a yes?"
"Yeah sure, better then going alone."
"Classy, text me your address and I'll pick you up cowgirl."
"Alright pretty boy."
Tristan began to walk away hiding his smirk, Yet Rachel still had to buy some tickets for her sister and her new found boyfriend Dean, Rachel had mixed feelings about Dean, He seemed nice and good for Rory but there was an underlying feeling of suspicion.
"Hey Paris."
Rachel waved at Paris who was working the ticket booth.
"Hey, Who's these for? I heard you were going with Tristan."
Rachel noticed something was off with Paris like she was jealous.
"Oh Rory and her boyfriend. Are you going?"
"Yes of course, I'm not a loser."
"Didnt say you was, I'll see you at the dance Paris."
"Yeah I guess."
