*you've been at the compound for a month now you we're getting used to it now and we're getting closer to the team everyone except Natasha though she would always show her authority over you and made you feel like you've degraded with your place here you and Natasha argued almost every time you saw each other the team would have to step in to stop you so it wouldn't escalate they knew what both of you are capable of they had speculations as to why you argued they knew you both were the best fighters to ever be made so you could've been trying to show who was the better fighter but they would never know because of how secretive you are and Natasha are with your lives so they called Fury to have him come to the compound and figure out your and Natasha's situation right now the team just broke up an argument you and Nat had over missions even though you aren't allowed to go on them you we're sitting on the couch/sofa with Wanda and Tony with you so they made sure you would calm down Yelena and Steve were with Nat in the kitchen so they couldn't hear you talk your hands were in fists as you kept thinking of the argument you could feel Wanda trying to get into your head you stopped her then looked at her*
Wanda: sorry I'm just trying to figure out why you and Nat don't get along the team is tired of hearing you both
Y/n: but you know it's not just me right? She starts the argument too
Tony: we know we asked agent Hill why you two were acting the way you are she said your trying to assert dominance over each other
Y/n: we're not fucking dogs Tony I just don't like her she always acts like a bitch towards me so I do the same to her
Tony: you both have the same skill set so we know as a fact that your trying to show each other up hence the arguing now you don't like each other but we're getting Fury here to help you both figure out your problem
*you look at him with disbelief*
Y/n: are you fucking kidding me? He's going to fit me or something not solve the problem
Wanda: he knows he needs you he will also want to keep an eye on you because of your skills so he will keep you here
*you just shake your head at there assessment of you and your skills you were just glad they didn't label you as an assassin anymore Steve walks over*
Steve:Yelena had an idea to get them along we put them in one of the holding cells together so they talk things out they never got to learn things about each other so I think it's a good idea
*you shake your head*
Y/n: no not happening
Tony: yes it is now stand up and let's go
*you see Nat walking out with Yelena you unwittingly stand up and then follow the 3 of them to the same area when you get there you walk into the tiny room and see Nat sitting in a chair on the far end of the room you sit on the other chair a few feet in front of her then you hear the door close there was a one way so you knew they were watching you you and Nat sat there in silence for a while you kept staring at each other but didn't say anything after a while she kept rolling her eyes at you and she could see you were getting angry neither of you wanted to be there*
Y/n: can you stop being a bitch for once in your life?
Nat: I should be the one asking you that you've been acting like an asshole towards me ever since you got here
Y/n: you acted like that towards me first you were so cocky when you spoke towards me you always thought you were better than me
*she sounds sorry*
Nat: I never said that you only thought that I tried to make things right between us but you wouldn't let me speak
Y/n: that's complete bull shit I gave you plenty of chances to speak to me but you never did
*you sit in silence for another 15 minutes until she speaks again she knows you'll never leave until you talk to each other*
Nat: why do you keep looking at me when we're in the compound somewhere?
Y/n: I can ask you the same thing when I look at you your always looking at me
*you teas her*
Y/n: do you have a crush on me agent Romanoff?
*she looks down at her feet hiding her reaction*
Nat: shut up Y/n you know that's not true
Y/n: oh come on Romanoff you can't hide that from me
*she immediately stands up and walks over to the door she bangs on it so they open it she yells out to them*
Nat: let me out if Y/n is going to act like a child I'm not speaking to her
*the door opens and she walks out you stay sitting there and only Wanda appears in the door way*
Wanda: what was that about?
*you look down and play with your fingers*
Y/n: you wanted us to talk...so we talked
Wanda: I was thinking about what you said to her about her having a crush on you maybe your the one who has a crush on her
*you immediately look up at her*
Y/n: I do not I've never had a crush on anyone she will definitely not be the first
Wanda: if you've never had a crush on someone how do you know what it feels like? You could just be rejecting the emotions you have towards her
*you just look at her thinking about her words she knew exactly what was happening you just didn't want to admit it you stand up*
Y/n: we'll talk later Wanda
Wanda: Fury will be here in 30 minutes just be ready for him and try not to argue with Nat
