Chapter 6

A shuffling sound was slowly approaching us and I hesitantly pulled myself away his warmth still lingering on my body and I instantly yearn and crave for his touch.

A look of hurt and rejection reflected on his eyes which made my heart ache. The sudden urge of wanting to get rid of that hurt look on his handsome face has me wishing to be wrapped up in his arms again.

"Um Val where are we?" Dean said. Thankfully he didn't witness what just happened moments ago.

"We're in an underground hideout I built under my house in case something unexpected such as this happened. I'm sorry for not telling you about this Dean but I hope you understand it was for safety reasons." I look at him apologetically hoping he understands my reasoning.

He simply gives me an understanding smile and comes over to hug me. "I completely understand Val, you had your reasons I'm just surprise you managed all of this by yourself."

Breathing a sigh of relief I hug him back and whisper a thank you. Looking up from Dean I see bright flashing lights on the screen ahead, indicating that Jarvis has found our future destination.

*Wolf's POV*

When she suddenly asked me to show her my true form, I was frozen in my spot I mean it's been so long since I last changed back.

Being in my wolf form makes things easier, it increases my already heightened senses and my fighting skills are phenomenal.

She was going to see me in human form anyway so why not just show her now. I stepped back slowly and froze suddenly realizing that I wouldn't be wearing anything once I shifted.

Of course I normally wouldn't mind I mean I have nothing to be ashamed of, but for some reason I didn't want to scare her off. The voice in my head wants to please her and have her accept us.

Hesitating once more I shift, the almost familiar feeling of my bones rearranging and moving to their designated places.

Once I'm done I get on my knees and slowly get up while covering my lower half, anxious to see her expression of me.

Seeing that I didn't scare her off made me sigh in relief but I couldn't help but feel a bit of disappointment that I didn't really impress her.

While I gaze upon her face I notice how perfect her cheekbones are, her eyes are a beautiful shade of electric blue. Her light brown hair cascading over her shoulders and back. Her clothes outlining her perfectly sculpted body, not to mention her curves in all the right places.

I notice her eyes roam every inch of my body, probably thinking I hadn't noticed her looking. Suddenly the most amazing smell ever hits me, the smell of sweet vanilla with a hint of cinnamon has my mouth watering.

Once our eyes meet time freezes and our surroundings are no longer important, right now it's just me and her and that's all that matters.

I slowly but swiftly move closer to her and take her in my arms, she fits perfectly almost like we were meant to be together. I hear the silent gasp leave her luscious pink lips as each touch sends satisfying electric tingles through our combined bodies.

Sudden movement has her backing away and I instantly miss the absence of her warm body next to mine. I turn and see her brother ask her where we are, but the voice inside my head distracts me and wonders if she's rejecting us.

Just the thought has the voice howl in despair and make my heart ache. Flashing lights catch my attention and walk over to see what it is. Hoping for this foreign feeling to disperse.

*Valerie's POV*

I walk over to the giant screens and say, "What have you found Jarvis?"

"I have found a planet far enough away with life forms that are called Humans, there technology is quite behind from Krane but is somewhat similar to ours. They seem to posses average intelligence, they also seem to have a large populations in what they call States, Countries, Communities, Counties, Villages, Cities, and Continents.

There are many areas that are not visible on the satellites which would make the ideal hiding spot.

The Humans all possess the same type of qualities but have different personalities. Although there are few of them who stand out. There seems to be discretely hidden areas that have Humans who are experimented on.

Such as biological testing with their DNA and alternating and adding different genes to create an abnormality in their bodies, making them mutant. Some try to add wings, enhance their visions, or just make them heal faster. All of them are held against their will or threatened."

I listened intently as Jarvis explained this foreign planet to me. Since this planet is far away enough and has many people we should be safe for the time being.

"Well, planet Earth it is"
