(Hi <3 welcome here <3)
Porchay could walk now. He had said to Kim that it was okay even if it still hurt. He would be stronger. He would. The first steps were to resist better pain. He would resist it, get used to it and do better. He would be better. Kim or Pete didn't really look attentively at Porchay's eyes to understand that something had changed. His pupils were less soothing, less kind, less hopeful. He was just thinking about being stronger. Stronger. He would be stronger. He would learn to not be a burden and for that he already needed to learn how to stop always feeling with softness.
He didn't want to let go of who he was, though he was kinda lost now, he just wanted to have the possibility to act a little more ruthless. He needed to be able to choose between giving a hand or cutting it. All of his being was screaming at him that it wasn't the solution, it didn't want to become a rock but thinking about the events Porchay knew that he wanted to do it. It wasn't a normal situation and he would adapt himself to it. The fire burning in him was not real, it was created from his frustration and might fall down easily one day but for now he was determined. He would learn to fight, to defend himself and to not always hide behind the one having a weapon.

Kim walked, head up, with all of his artificial royalty aura he learnt because of his birth. He stepped in front of some guards at the border between the two countries and some minutes after they were led into the inside of the castle, in a carriage. Pete looked absolutely amazed to be inside of it. He was considered as someone as important as Kim or Porchay who showed their kingdom necklace and asked for Pete to come with them. He didn't realize that Porchay had shown a necklace, that he was also from a royal family too busy to observe the city around. Everything was different and Pete was living so out of society and such in a simple way that he was mesmerized by what he was seeing. Pretty. The architecture was soft and the colors welcoming. A lot of yellow, light brown and soft pink around. The boy was looking like a child, his head scotched to the little window.
Kim knew more than anyone what it was hiding. Porchay was just guessing. If the city looked agreeable to live inside, the expression on everyone's face was different. They didn't seem sad or without any smile or happiness, more like they were careful in their every move. As if anyone would be able to see them and to denounce them. As if no one was feeling totally safe by doing whatever they wanted to do. The atmosphere was bittersweet, the colorful house warm but the living here under pressure. He didn't know why but Porchay was less convinced that they needed someone who was creating a place to be scared of living in.

When they arrived, some soldiers took the small package they had, they took it with a suspicious look. Pete was still discovering sweetly but Porchay didn't appreciate their moves. They acted as if they would attack the King, as if the King had enough bad habits or actions for some people to want to kill him. He sighed, turned around and saw the castle, huge, long. He didn't know what to call it but it felt as if it would be able to touch the sky, as if the King had enough power to want to challenge the universe.
"Prince..." Porchay murmured while waiting in the yard.
