Muichiro Pov.
I was doing the dishes when I heard a knock on the door. I opened the door when I saw all the hashiras waiting for me to invite then inside.

"Did Misaki told you to visit her?" I said as I tilted my head to he side.

"No but we were getting worried about her so we decided to visit her" Kanroji san said as she smiled.

"Well are you going to let us in" Uzui san said.

"Come in, please be quiet, Misaki js taking a nap" I whispered to them "just put all the gifts or anything you're carrying here" I said as I patted a space.

Time skip

"Muichiro san? Are you ok?" Kanroji san asked me as tears started to form in my eyes.

"No yeah I'm fine" I said wiping the tears away.

"What's wrong me friend" Rengoku said as he smiled at me.

"It's Misaki" I said as a sigh escaped my mouth "Shinobu san said her wound might be fatal and it's also starting to get infected and Shinobu is trying to treat it everyday" I said as a tear escaped me eyes.

"Did you talked about it with Misaki?" Tegen asked.

"No I didn't want her to think that she's a burden to me again" I said as I started to cry.

"You should really go talk to her my friend" Rengoku said as he tried calming me down.

"I'll try" I said wiping my tears away. As we were talking we didn't notice that Misaki woke up until she spoke.

"Muichiro..." she called and everyone turned to her.

"Misaki san!" Mitsuri screamed "I'm glad you're ok" she said as she held her hand.

"How are you feeling kiddo" Uzui san said as he patted her head.

"I'm... fine" she said as she smiled faintly to them.

"Get some rest now dear" Rengoku said as he smiled at her.

"Muichiro we'll be leaving now" Mitsuri said as she bowed and turned to Misaki "get well soon Misaki san" she added and faced to everyone "let's leave so Misaki could some rest" Mitsuri said to the others.

As the others left I went to Misaki's room to feed her.

"Misaki" I called to her "you have to eat" I added.

"What were the others doing here?" She asked me.

"Well they wanted to visit you because they have been worried about your physical state" I said as I try to feed her

"Aww" she said as she smiled.

"How are you feeling?" I asked her fidgeting with my fingers.

"I'm feeling fine" she said as she looked at me.

"Misaki, I have something to tell you" I said as tears started to form in my eyes.

"Hmm? What is it?" she said as she tilted her head to the side.

"Misaki, Shinobu san said that your wound might be fatal and it's already starting to get infected, but Shinobu will try her best to treat you" I said to her as a tear escaped my eye.

"It's fine, that means I won't be a burden to you anymore" she said as she caressed my cheek.

"Please don't say that, I don't want another loved one leaving me all alone" I said as I started to cry.

"Please don't cry, I will also try my best and fight" she said as she held my hands "remeber, what ever happens, I will love you no matter what" she added.

"Just promise me you won't leave" I said as I hugged her.

"I don't think I could promise that" she said as I started to tear up again "but I will try for you" she said as she wiped away my tears.

"I love you" she said.

"I love you too" I replied back.
