It was late at night when Lucy was cooking diner for her family.

Natsu had just came home from a Mission with Gray and Erza. It seemed he had been gone for a month to her, but he returned to his home.

In the back, she could hear Natsu and their daughter Nashi playing.

He came running out the room and hid by the side of the kitchen. He looked at his wife and put his finger to his mouth, telling her to be quiet.

A pink haired girl came running into the room with her cocoa brown eyes wandering around.

"Mama, have you seen Papa"

The blonde smiled at her daughter,"sorry baby, I don't know where your father is".

At that moment, Natsu grabbed his daughter in mid air and spun her around. Nashi let out a surprised scream as she swayed back and forth. Nashi kicked her legs and ran to her parents bedroom, hiding under the blankets.

Natsu followed after his little girl to the bedroom. He saw the little lump in the blankets and heard a soft giggle.

"Hmm, where could my little Nashi be" he walked over to the bed.

Nashi tried so hard to hold in her laughter, but small giggles kept escaping her mouth. Natsu was standing over the bed, ready to tackle his little girl.

He quickly pulled off the blankets and Nashi squealed. Natsu grabbed his daughter and tickled her all around. Nashi was laughing and wiggling in his grasp.

Natsu Lifted her shirt to see her little belly and placed his lips on it, blowing a raspberry on her. Nashi screamed in laughter.

After a while, Natsu let go of his little girl and let her breathe.

"found you"~

Nashi giggled as her father laid next to her.

"Natsu, If your done tormenting are daughter, dinners ready".

Natsu and Nashi raced to the table to find their plates filled with food.

"Arigato Mama"!! Nashi filled her mouth with the delicious food.

Natsu walked over to his wife and kissed her cheek.

"Now it feels like home"

"It really does" she replied and placed her lips on his.

The kids would of lasted long if...

"MAMA, PAPA, STOP THAT GROSSNESS. THERES A KID HERE"

Natsu and Lucy laughed at their daughter.

That night, Natsu carried his little girl to her room. Her eyes were shut and she slept peacefully in his arms.

He placed her in bed and tucked her in. She wiggles around as he lightly kissed her forehead goodnight.

He walked back to his room to find Lucy reading a book in bed. She had a white night gown on and her hair was on one side of her shoulder.

He walked over to the dresser and started to undress. Pulling his one-sleeve off and placing it down, he felt warm hands around his.

His attention turned to see the Celestial Mage with tears starting to fall down her face.

"Lucy, why wrong"?

He turned to face her. She quietly sobbed as he wrapped his arms around her body.

"Baby, what's the matter"?

"I-I thought you w-weren't coming back"

She looked away from him.

"I-I thought y-you'd be gone f-forever. I feared I'd h-have to r-raise Nashi alone. N-Natsu.... I d-don't want that. P-please don't l-leave me. D-don't l-leave us".

Natsu looked at his blonde and lightly kissed her head.

"Lucy"

She didn't look up.

"Baby, look at me"

He lifted her chin up so their eyes met.

Her cheeks were wet with her tears. He kissed her left cheek. Then the right.
Then his lips met hers.

"Lucy, I'm not going anywhere. I won't leave you. I love you. I love Nashi. I love are family, and I'll never... never leave you guys.

Never".

She smiled at his words. They walked to their bed and got under the covers.

He look at his wife once more and kissed her forehead. She rested her head on his chest as he wrapped his arms around her.

"I love you"

"I love you too Lucy".
