Natsu walked through his door. The lights were off all around. It seemed too quiet. Sure, he lived with his wife, but since Nashi and Luke were born he would expect two little monsters running around.
He looked into Nashi's room to find an empty crib. He checked Luke's room, also finding an empty bed. Happy was on his pillow, just sleeping.
There was only one place to check.
His room.
He walked in to AGAIN.... find nothing.
He started to freak out. His family wasn't home.
"GET HIM"!!!!!
He turned to see a small boy with orangish blonde hair, a little girl with light pink hair, and a beautiful blonde
All three with pillows and running towards him.
"Die Daddy DIE"!!!! The little girl kept hitting her pillow at her father. The boy helped his little sister. Natsu chuckled and snatched the three stooges pillows and started running after them.
"Your all Doomed now"!!! He ran after them. They ran around the house until he snatched his little boy.
"Moma!!! Daddy's eating Luke-nii"!!
The blonde grabbed her little girl and ran towards the hall. But Natsu easily captured them both and walked towards the bedroom.
"My turn"!!! he started tickling his family. Lucy even helped him by running her fingers up and down her daughters stomach.
After an hour of laughter, Natsu laid with his family. Nashi and Luke fell asleep. Pillows were spread all around the bed. Blanket were out of place.
Natsu pulled his sandals off and in-zipped his one sleeve vest off, landing on the floor. Lucy had her blue tank top on and she had Nashi in her arms. Natsu laid with Lucy by his side, who has Nashi lay in her arms on Natsus chest. Luke was on the other side of Natsu, sleep like his father, had a river of drool coming down his mouth.
He kisses his family goodnight as he turned the lights off.
"Goodnight Luce", he whispered.
"Goodnight Natsu". She kissed him goodnight and snuggled up against his chest.
He knew right then. He was home.
This.
Was his home.
And that's how it will stay.
