"I'm sorry Lu-Chan, but it's not gonna wear off " ,the bookworm sighed.

"Levy-Chan!! I don't want to stay like this"!!!, The blonde complained.

"Lu-chan, you know I can't understand you like....this"

Your probably wondering what's going on.

Well, about two days ago, Levy and Lucy went on a job to fine a spell and Lucy turned into a cat. Lucy was like a little happy, only she couldn't talk. she can but everyone will just hear "Meow".

As right on time, a certain pinkette walked in the guild. "Oi, I'm Back Lucy"!

Natsu looked around for his Blonde friend, but she was nowhere to be seen. He walked right up to the little bookworm. "Hey Levy, have you seen Lucy"?

Levy usually would tell the truth, but seeing that this would be a good time for her friend to be around her crush, her little MiraJane Matchmaker side came up.

"Actually she went on a job. Something about her rent".

"That's weird. Why didn't she tell me"?
Natsu wondered.

"Anyways, where's Happy"?

"Oh he's on a week job with Wendy and Carla".

"Well, if your not busy, would you mind taking care of this cute thing".

Levy hold up the Blonde cat. Lucy had heard everything and was pouting that her best friend had lied.

"Oh, who's this"? Natsu took the little cat in his arms, making Lucy blush.

"I don't know... I found her outside. poor thing was lonely and hungry. you wouldn't mind taking care of her, would you Natsu"?

"Sure! I'd gladly do it. Does she have a name?"

Levy tried looking all innocent, not making it obvious that she was lying to him.

"I don't know. Maybe you should give her one".

Lucy was glaring at her little blue haired friend.

"I'll think of something... I'm gonna head home now. See you later Levy" he waved at the bookworm and walked out the guild doors with the little Lucy cat in his arms.

As they finally arrived at his cottage, Lucy was expecting to see it all a mess, but to her surprise, it was still clean from when she cleaned it.

"I wonder if your hungry? Happy wouldn't mind sharing at least a fish".

Natsu put a plate down in front of the kitten with a fish on it. Lucy smelled it at first, but pulled away making a face.

"What's wrong? Not a fish cat?"

Lucy thought for a second.
" Since Levy said this lasts for a week, I might as well play along with her game."

Lucy hopped in his lap and sat down looking at his turkey sandwich and smelling it.

"Oh, you want some"?, he petted her head and took a piece of the meat off and held it in his hand. Lucy took the piece and ate it.

"I guess you like turkey that fish.." he stroked the blonde cats eats making it give a soft purr. "You know, you remind me of my best friend Lucy... I think I'm gonna call you Luce".

She smiles and laid down on his lap, purring as he kept stroking her ears.

"I can't wait for Lucy to meet you... you know, Lucy is a great friend to me. And just to keep this between us, I like her more than a friend"

Lucy's cat ears picked up every word her dragon slater was saying. She lightly blushes as she heard him say that he liked her. This made her happy that he felt the same way.

"I guess we should give you a bath, you smell weird".

Lucy's blush went away as she pouted and jumped off his lap hiding under his couch.

"Hey! Luce!..." He walked over and bent down sticking his hand out.
"Come on, I was just kidding... but I do need to give you a bath"..

Lucy didn't move from her spot and stayed under the furniture.

"Come on.... I'll give you some more turkey"..

Just the though of food made her stomach growl. she crawled out and looked at him for a sec. Natsu saw her brown orbs and petted her head.

"I guess your still hungry huh"?
He picked her up gently and sat on his couch. "how bout if I feed you more of my food, you'll take a bath"?

She purred against his hand as a response. Natsu let out a chuckle and grabbed his turkey out of his sandwich and in his hand.
"Here you go"

Lucy ate all the meat and licked her lips. she curled back on his lap and purred.

"Now that I fed you, lets get you in that bath".

He picked the blonde Catt up in his arms and started walking to his bathroom. He turned the water on warm and put her in. She sat down and let Natsu wash her fur.

"Huh, usually cats would hate water. I guess you like it huh"?

Lucy loved how Natsu carcasses her ears as he washed her.

"No bad Lucy! Your a cat! This is weird!! God what if he finds out its really me?! Would he laugh? He might hate me!! I mean he just said he liked me an all.. And I like him but... This is wrong.. I have to-

The blondes mind was cut off as Natsu pulled her out the tub and in a nice fluffy towel.

"There you go. Now you don't look so dirty", he smiled his toothy grin. As he dried her off, Lucy looked at him with her little brown orbs. Natsu looked and blushed hiding her face in the towel.

"What is he doing"?! She thought.

"Sorry there.... it's just... You almost look like Lucy. Here". he picked up the little cat and kissed her nose. Lucy blushed for a second then- POOF!

"LUCY?! What the-?!"

"NATSU! I-it's not what you think"!!

After that little kiss, Lucy had turned back into herself.

"Um.. Lucy?..."

"Wait Natsu.. I-I know what your gonna say and I just wanted to say.. I'm sorry." He stared at her. " You probably hate me since Levy didn't tell you. to be honest I wanted to claw her for saying that. The thing is, we came back from a job and I was turned into a cat. Natsu I'm so sorry.. I unde-"

"I don't hate you Luce...."

She looked up at him. "y-you don't"?..

"No.... I was gonna say that your naked"

Lucy looked to see she only had the towel on. She blushed and pulled the wet towel up more.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier "!!

"You didn't want me too"!

"You still could of said something "!!!

Natsu let out a small chuckle."whats so funny"?

" even when your a cat, your still the same Lucy I love "

She blushed at his little confession.
"I... I love you too Natsu"

He blushed as well. "y-you do"?
She nodded. And before she knew it, Natsu's lips were on Lucy's.

" I love you Lucy"

"I love you too Natsu"
