Chapter 4:
Valerie's P.O.V:
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO SHOUT AND YELL AT ME? I ALREADY TOLD THEM YOU CAN'T STOP ME!" Tara yelled at me her veins popping out like crazyyy. "We're being a burden tara we should probably leave!" I whisper yelled "NO!" Zayn shouted "i mean, why it's almost 12 am, you can't go" he stuttered. "YOU'RE SUCH A CUNT!" I shouted "she's a copy of you niall!" Louis said "I'M A CUNT?!" Tara yelled at me "NO YOU'RE A PEASANT!!" I said with a duh tone "AT LEAST I DON'T GO TO STRANGER'S HOUSE!" She snapped
"WELL SORRY FOR STANDING THERE DOWNSTAIRS SHOCKED AND NOT WANTING TO MAKE ONE STEP FORWARD BECAUSE I WAS TOO AFRAID! AND OH WAIT AT LEAST I DON'T GO AND SPREAD WORDS ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE'S FATHER AND LIFE! YOU TOLD THEM EVERYTHING AND I JUST MET THEM A FEW HOURSE AGO! WITHOUT ME YOU WOULD BE STILL GETTING RAPED AND SHOUTING FOR HELP TARA! YOU LOST YOUR VIRGINITY AND I KNOW IT'S MY DAD'S FAULT YOU THINK I'M HAPPY TO CALL HIM DAD? WELL NO!" I took a deep breath and continued "my dad is a kidnapping rapist, he kidnapped his own daughter" i said calmly trying to hold my tears back.
"He kidnapped me and was about to rape me, do you think that's nice? You think i'm happy? Just because i met one direction, changed my clothes & took a shower doesn't mean i forgot about what my dad has done, doesn't mean i forgot about the bruises i got daily from bullies at school. I'm just glad to say i'm still a virgin, i don't know how you feel about losing your virginity but i sure know you feel horrible."
"At least you have a perfect life" she said her voice trailing off "perfect?" I said "how?" I asked her "you're a virgin" audrey told me "how can my life be perfect if i'm just a boring brunette? Curvy? I get bullied at school, i have bruises almost everywhere. I fall to the ground and they start kicking me on my sides hitting my ribs. How can you have a perfect life if you have broken ribs? If you sleep on a wet pillow? How can my life be perfect if i stand there in front of the mirror disgusted. Staring at my bruises? Do you think i'm happy? Well guess what? I'm not. i cut, i'm a normal teenager who suffers. Who gets abused by her father. Has a dead mother that has suffered from cancer. My dad kidnapped me because my mum died." I told them tears now streaming rapidly. "I'm sorry" tara stuttered pulling me in for a hug.
"You don't understand" i told them "my dad is a rapist" i said sobbing. "I have to go!" I told them getting up "no you have to stay" harry told me "i have school, i'm talking about abuse, rape and insecurity." I told them "you don't have to" zayn said "i want to" i told them running outside the house, i plugged my earphones and put the music on shuffle the first song came in was pieces by red. I wiped away the tears and listened to the song. "I TRIED SO HARRRDDD!" I shouted the lyrics as i ran faster and faster.
I ran.
I ran away.
Far. Far away.
From everything.
"TAXIII!!" I yelled as i entered the cab, i looked outside the window to see a hopeless curly boy. Harry.
I gave the old man the address i heard harry scream my name i ignored i increased the volume. As i drifted into my sleep.
I felt someone shaking me "ms?" He told me i looked up at him "your boyfriend is here" i looked up to see harry. I didn't deny it, i didn't say he isn't my boyfriend. I smiled at him. i faked a smile. I ran out of the car "wait!" Harry whispered as he paid the old man "the young lady paid" he told him "take these as a tip" harry smiled at him "how?" I asked "i kept running after the car, until the old man stopped because of the traffic, i realized you were asleep. I knew you'd come here. Home right? I didn't want you to get re-kidnapped or hurt again. What you said back there was deep, very deep" he told me frowning "what if he's home?" I heard him say "he's probably out there looking for me he's not home i'm sure!" I assured harry.

We couldn't find Elizabeth, i got my stuff and ran out of the house with harry. I got all the money i need. "You can go harry thanks" i told him "i'm not leaving you alone, are you nuts?" He said giving me his deadly glare. I smiled, he really cares. "Leggo!" I said gesturing him to follow me to my car.

"VALERIEEE!!" Zayn shouted as he hugged me tight that i felt my ribs were coming out. "Did i hurt you?" Zayn asked "OF COURSE YOU DID SHE HAS BROKEN RIBS!" Louis yelled "no!" I protested "i had a surgery months ago, i'm fine" i assured them.
*a few hours later* "what time is it?" I asked "HOLLY CRAP!" Harry shouted "WHAT?" I asked "it's almost 3 you have school tomorrow go to bed!" Liam rushed "OKAY OKAY!" I said "BUT WHERE?" I shouted "IN NIALL'S ROOM!" Zayn shouted "like i know which room that is!" I mocked "the one we were in" harry explained "oh" i muttered running upstairs.
"Heyy you irish cutie" niall said winking "heeyy!" I told him "what's up?" He asked "i'm sleeping here that's what the boys told me. "Oh" he told me "but there's only one bed" i murmured "i'll sleep on the ground!" We both shouted "no i will!" We said, together AGAIN.
We both ended up sleeping in one bed, a huge space between us. I pushed him which made him fall straight on his face. Ouch.
~.~ *the next day* ~.~
"Have fun!" Harry shouted "don't get nervous!" Louis said "it's ok if you cried don't be shy!" Liam told me as i stepped out of the car.
Today is the day everyone at school will
Know about my dad.
Make fun of me.
Bully me even more.
And new bruises will show.
I'll feel more insecure.
I'll cut even more.
The boys will think i'm an attention seeker. I sighed as i entered.
"VALERIE! Your turn" i heard the principal say through the mic i got up. To be honest i didn't prepare a speech. I have to tell them. All of them. I took a deep breath and prepared myself for a new nightmare. That shall never end.
