Some thing about the weirdo known as Nugget is that he has a crush on, as he calls her "The Pretty Lily" Nugget always loved Lily even into teen hood! And today he finally thought... "Nugget a should tell The Pretty Lily his feelings!"
Just another Tuesday in high school and going to see all my friends friend Kid, friend Billy and...The Pretty Lily. I walk up to them and I hear The Pretty Lily say "Oh hey Nugget!" "H-Hello Pretty Lily." She's so perfect...to perfect for me...I think I'm going to tell her how I really feel! I think I can trust Billy with this information so, when class starts I sit next to Friend Billy and tell him "U-Uhhh. Friend Billy?" "Yeah Nugget?" "Nugget...Nugget likes Friend Billy's Pretty Sister..." I whispered and what I got from Friend Billy was...Shocking...to say the least. "WHAT!? NO. No! No way! You can't date Lily! She would reject you! And probably hate you after it! No offense, but I know my sister. She would." I felt my heart shatter...Friend Billy was right. Why did I even think I had a chance...Theres no point in living in a world where I'm not with The Pretty Lily...I'll wait till free time and I'll jump into the Nugget Cave... Goodbye Pretty Lily...
||Lily's Perspective||
I was sitting in class something felt wrong...The feeling lingered into lunch to and I didn't really get it. I went to go and sit with Billy, Kid, Penny and Nugget who looked kind of sad for some reason? I wanted to ask what was wrong but I felt to shy to ask. For lunch we all were talking and laughing for a while but then when it was free time Nugget was gone? We all went looking for him in different places and they told me to check the school yard, where I saw him about to jump into the Nugget Cave which would normally be okay but I soon realized...He just finished it today he wouldn't of had time to put nuggets at the bottom. "NUGGET!" I ran as fast i could to get to him before he jumped and I managed to grab the back of his shirt and I fling him from the cave, "P-Pretty...L-Lily?" "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!" His chocolate brown eyes looked back at me in surprise, fear and disbelief. "N-Nugget.....Nugget knows why...He thought you hated him...Billy told Nugget you wouldn't like him...He believed him..." Why would he tell him something like that? He knows Nuggets fragile to these kind of things-ugh...okay just focus. "Nugget. Why would I ever hate you? I Love you." I cupped his cheek with my hand and gave him a warm, small smile. His eyes widened and he said "Nug-Nugget loves you too...May Nugget...Kiss you?" I was a bit taken back by the request but I answer by kissing Nugget softly on the lips. It tasted like chicken, obviously but to me and probably Nugget...It was magical. I know one thing he won't doubt that I love him from now on...
