Days later I finally decided it was safe to return to Skull Rock and I really did need a properly good bath. Once I was finished, I felt so much cleaner and better and I began to quietly get dressed. As I had finished putting my trousers and shirt on I grabbed my coat to throw it on. "Hello." I heard behind me as I adjusted my coat. I turned around and rightfully so there was Pan. "What do you want?" I asked him getting to the point immediately.
He stuttered a few things mostly excuses and words I'm sure he didn't know what they meant and to be honest I couldn't be bothered to listen as I just turned away and began to walk back to my rowboat.
"Wait! Hook!" Pan flew after me, staying only a short distance behind me.
I turned around and gave him a tired look. "What?" Why do I even bother asking? I's not like Pan knows what he wants anyway. He landed in front of me at that short distance looking up with confused eyes. "Can't we... talk?" Yeah, we never talked, of course lately we have been but to be honest it was becoming an annoyance very quickly. "Talk about what?" Pan shrugged and fidgeted with the hand of his sword on his belt. "I don't know. About everything. About what's happened."
I sighed and looked at him.
"I'll tell you what's happened is you got carried away with yourself and played a game reserved only for grownups with rules you don't and will never understand." Maybe if I explain it I'm a way he'll understand, he will back off. But of course, he took a step closer to me. "Explain them to me then, so I can understand." I chuckled and looked at him.
Maybe I should. If the pesky annoyance of a boy really wanted to change things then I was all for it because the way things had been going lately was really really crap and maybe it would be so bad after all. "Fine, I'll explain but that means you have to listen which is something I know you're not very good at. One of the rules of the game is to never ever do something the other person doesn't want."
Pan crossed his arms in front of his chest. "But I never did anything you didn't want!" He retorted immediately in that same childish tone as before. I want to choke-slam him. "Are you kidding me?! How would you like it if someone just forced themselves on you, uninvited and unexpected? It's not a nice feeling!" I yelled at him shoving him. He looked up at me biting his lip with expectancy clear in his eyes. "I actually quite like it a lot." He whispered huskily and dam was he actually cute when trying to be sexy.
Did I just call him cute?
I didn't get much more time to think on my internal thoughts as Pan suddenly floated off the ground a few inches, just enough for our lips to touch in the ghost of a kiss. Though I wanted it, I didn't feel right probably because it wasn't a proper kiss "What the hell was that?" I asked with a little snap to it. Pan's earlier assertiveness was gone and replaced by shy hesitation that made him seem so unlike himself considering how he's been lately.
"You know you're an absolutely terrible kisser." I smirked mockingly. Pan landed back on the ground and looked away and I'm sure the kid is blushing. I'm also sure that was his first kiss considering everything else has been a first for him though it wasn't really a kiss.
Hell, I'll show him a real first kiss.
I reached up to him floating above me and pulled his chin down for me, he was about say something though the confused expression on his face said it all but I didn't give him the chance and crashed my lips with his. Pan had started it and I'm finishing it. If the little urchin wanted to kiss then I was going to do it my way, not this barely touching lips nonsense.
I almost moaned from the extraordinary feeling in my mouth and body. This was unlike any kiss I could remember having, it's was amazing especially for a first timer. Finally in need of air I broke the kiss, leaning my forehead against the Pan's. Wait a minute if he was floating then how could I touch his forehead with mine? I looked away from him and my breath hitched and got shaky as I realized I was floating too at the ceiling of the cave.
Then I fell, plummeting into the water I usually bathed in as Pan floated down to me. "Are you alright?" Pan asked a bit hesitantly while I swam towards the close shore and he stood beside me.
"What do you think? Of course I'm not alright! Why the hell was I flying?" I actually didn't care why, it felt amazing and I never want that feeling to leave me. The boy gave me glance as I pulled myself up on the rocks and stood up. "Maybe because I make you happy, and you need happiness to fly." He said with the softest of smiles that accompanied made my chest tighten a little.I rolled my eyes and turned away. "Whatever. I'm going home." I needed to get away from here because this whole kissing thing and Pan thing was just wrong and I knew that. How had we even gotten here?! Then I remember the "rules" I was explaining earlier. "My point earlier was that just because you think I want something, doesn't make it so, and you can't just do whatever you want." I told him with a snap, draining my wet coat as I walked back to my rowboat. "Why not?" Pan asked defiantly, following him.
I sighed and turned to him."Because you don't do that, only nuisances do that and you're a child. And well children don't get to play this game." I smirked as Pan frowned using the "child" card again could work to my advantage. Pan did always pride himself on being a boy, after all. It was quiet for a few seconds before he spoke again. "So what do you want?" The boy finally asked.
I don't know what I want, I want to go home to London so I need him for that but I also want to be left alone by the boy except I don't. I don't want him to leave me alone like he did a few weeks ago, I want him to stay with me but he'd never stay in London. If I'm going to stay here any longer and if I was going to be subjected to this sexual and lustful behaviour then it was going to go by my rules. "I want you to stop just appearing on me and... doing whatever you want, whenever you want. Ok?" Pan nodded slowly. "I understand. You would prefer it if I do nice things for you like bringing you food supplies and maybe other things?"
Ok, now he wants to court me, is that right? I don't know anymore with this boy but I gave him an answer nothing the less. "Yes. That's better." He smiled broadly. "Alright then." And with that, he flew off. I chuckled as I got into my rowboat, the next few days are certainly going to be interesting.
