Fourteen

Athena's POV 

I walk into an empty hallway that had a few doors on each side, I began to walk down the hallway looking in every room to see if I can spot Chad in there, but so far there has been any sign of him. 

"Come on Chad where the hell are you?" I said out loud I walk back to the last place I saw him, I can hear Bailey talk about his son to Sam, explaining why his doing what his doing. I roll my eyes at this 'I've been through this before' I thought to myself, and saw a big blood stain where I saw Chad before I left. I look around to see if I can spot the curly hair boy. Then I hear something coming from the closet that was set on the left side wall of the counter. 

I walk over to the sound and waited a second before opening it, and there I spot Chad with duct tape on his mouth, hands, and legs. He then stop making any sound and shaking when he saw me. 

"shh Chad, be quiet I am going to cut to lose ok," I said to him, and nods. I look around to see if I use anything that is sharp or pointy to cut the duct tape. I then spot a pair of pink safety scissors on one of the shelves and reach over to get it. Once I reach it I go to Chad he looks at me as if I am dumb. 

"This is the only thing sharp in here, ok so you either deal with it or stay strapped in here," I said to him, then I realize that I haven't taken the tape off his mouth. I grab the tape off his mouth and he begins to speak. 

"That thing isn't going to do anything, Thea," he said laughing a little, I laugh a little too, and begin to cut them. After a couple of seconds, I got his hands free and begin to do his feet when we hear someone. 

"That bitch broke my teeth" me and Chad hear Quinn complain, and then she runs off somewhere. "Well who broke her teeth did an amazing job," I said and looked at Chad who was already looking at me. he then grabbed my face and kissed me as if it would be his last time, I feel his fingers go through my hair as slides his tongue into my mouth, I begin to lean forward toward him, he hiss in pain. 

"Shit I am so sorry," I said quickly, he shakes his head 

"No it's fine, I've been through the worst," he said and laughed a little, I knew I had to tell him even if it wasn't the right time. 

"Chad I...." I said but he cut me off

"Your pregnant I know, I found out when you were in the hospital," he said, I looked down and I didn't realize that I was crying until I saw a tear fall to leggings. I felt a finger go under my chin he lefts me to face him, and he just smiles. 

"It's going to be ok, we will make it out of here ok," he said reassuringly "And I will love you and them no matter what" I smile now knowing that everything is going to be ok when we make it out of here. 

"Come on let's go," I said to him, we get up and walk out of the closet looking to see if we saw anyone. 

"It's clear let's go," Chad said and we quickly walk over to the open door and see that Tara and Sam were sitting on the steps comforting one another they looked over to the sound and saw us. Once they saw us they ran towards us and hugs us. 

"you guys are ok, I thought they killed you guys," Tara said smiling and we laugh

"They can never kill us," I said and they all smile and laugh

"you got that damn right," Chad said 

"I love you guys," Sam said and we smiled at her, then the sound of Kirby's yell caught our attention 

"BEHIND YOU ATHENA" Then a sharp pain from my stomach began to spread my body, we all looked down and saw blood bleeding through my shirt. Then the sound of Gunshots was ringing in my ears. I felt my legs go weak as I was standing up and felt myself falling, but Chad caught me before I hit the floor. Sam looks at who was behind me and her eyes go wide.
