S.H.O Haseena Malik aka Maddam sir: She's the S.H.O of Mahila Police Thana and soon to be D.S.P of Lucknow( as shown in last episode she will be promoted as D.S.P in July) she solves cases with jazbaat. She's very patriotic and dedicated towards her duty and wardi. She is known for her patriotism, justice and way of solving cases. She is a bookworm and love shayaris. Loves her team member, treat them as her family and can sacrifice anything for them.
