Third-person pov:

Lilah is standing in front of Dominic's room who promised to take her swimming today but is sleeping till now as everyone thinks. He didn't have breakfast and now Lilah is super mad at his brother. Lilah knocked on the door and waited patiently for him to open the door but it didn't happen so she went to Dimitri's room to get him to knock louder as her tiny hands can't knock loudly.

Lilah knocked when he didn't open the door she kicked the door frustrated as Levi and Luciano were having big people talk that's what they told her. Her day was booked by Dominic who just ditched her for sleep. Dimitri is sleeping in his room after breakfast. Tristan is with Luciano and Levi along with Elias, Aries, and Eros.

She grinned widely as the door went open when she kicked it. And Quinn left early in the morning and didn't know where. She giggled and skipped inside the room when she saw Dimitri laying on the floor with blankets wrapped around him. She tip-toed him to scare him but her eyes widened when she saw a big red patch on his white t-shirt along with the blanket and red liquid all over the floor near his head.

Tears filled her eyes as she backed away from him and fell on the floor in the process. The scene of her Uncle Ricardo is right in front of her eyes. She cried covering her mouth as he didn't like her making noises: "No no, Dimi no leave like Uncle Ricardo"

She opened her mouth to call him and her voice came out hushed: "Dimi?"

She is sobbing in the corner of the room hugging her knees thinking that she lost her Dimi just like Uncle Ricardo. She is so scared to even move and check on him. Her whole body is shaking with fear, fear of losing Dimitri. She sobbed struggling to breathe clawing her neck, on the verge of having a panic attack: "Daddy? Papa?"

Quinn just entered the house with a bag in his hand from some toyshop. He left early in the morning to find a toy for his baby sister. He didn't have much bonding time with her because of his distant nature. He doesn't go along with everyone and it scares him if they will judge him because he is different from his twin and a bit shy. He is scared to open up to her.

He hears her asking Dimitri if she can have the same dolphin stuffed toy from the book he read last night. Dimitri brought her around 14 stuffed toys and 5 Barbie sets. She liked all of them and thanked them countless times even crying a little as she never had toys before. But her heart was over the lavender color dolphin.

He left early in the morning to find the exact same toy for her. It took him hours to go around different shops but eventually, he found the same dolphin toy in the same color. He is about to go to the swimming pool of the house but soon realizes his twin must be sleeping so he walks upstairs.

He rushed to Luciano's room in the right corridor but didn't find Lilah there so he went to check Dominic's room when he heard little sobs from Dimitri's room. He rushed to his room and saw the empty bed then looked around and his eyes landed on the small girl curling herself in a small ball clawing at her throat trying to breathe. 

His eyes widened and he rushed to her side and asked panicked: "Lilah?"

He growled glaring at her hands trying to pull her hand away from her throat: "Fuck, stop hurting yourself. What the fuck happened? Stop hurting yourself, Lilah"

She cried but no voice is coming out of her throat as he growled cupping her face: "Look at me, Lilah. What the fuck scares you so much?"

She is staring at Dimitri's body sprawled on the floor so he looked at where her eyes are glued to and his heart stopped for a moment. He rushed to Dimitri and touched his face with shaky hands. He slowly touched the red liquid and frowned when he realized it was not blood. He held it up to his nose and sniff it then growled slapping Dimitri: "What the fuck Dimitri?"
