Third-person pov:

Lilah woke up with a slight headache and so many noises around her. She can feel so many people surrounding her. Lilah is feeling like drowning as she sees her Uncle Ricardo sitting next to her on the edge of the bed with a huge smile plastered on his face. He slowly leaned down and kissed her forehead lovingly then whispered: "How are you, sweetheart?"

Lilah smiled slightly and said: "I miss you, Uncle Ricardo. Why leave?"

Ricardo's beautiful green eyes stared at her as he said as a single tear rolled down his cheek: "I'm so sorry sweetheart. If I could, I would never have left you. I'm glad you are safe and Romeo will protect you forever"

Lilah sniffled: "please stay"

He said smiling: "I can't sweetheart. I have to go now. You have to wake up. They are waiting for you. They love you. Please tell Romeo about me"

Lilah sobbed as he slowly vanished in the thin air. She woke up gasping for air: "No"

Quinn quickly cupped her face and turned her to look at him as he said as gently as he can: "shh you are alright. Look at me okay, just me. You are safe yes calm down"

She nodded slowly relaxing as he cooed: "Good girl. Take a deep breath yes just like this. Well, do it again yes. You are doing a good job, Piccolo. Just like this. I'm so proud of you"

She took deep breaths as she slowly calmed down and asked groggily sobbing: "Uncle Ricardo, red, Dimi, leave"

Quinn grabbed the cup of water from Levi's hand and held it to her lips: "relax, Dimitri is fine"

He pointed towards Simitri who was sitting at the foot of the bed staring at her with soft teary eyes: "Look here is he. All good"

Lilah held her hand up to touch him so Dimitri looked at Levi who nod with a smile and he quickly crawled towards her: "Hi, Dumplings. I'm really for scaring you. I was just sleeping"

Levi said for him: "he is just a heavy sleeper"

Lilaj slowly touched his face with shaky hands believing that he is real and sobbed hugging him tightly. Dimitri's heart broke at her each sob and he held her tightly to him himself and then cooed: "I'm so sorry Dumpling. I would never sleep, no wait. I will never put the paint box near my bed ever. I didn't this will happen"

Dimitri turned and leaned against the headboard holding her in his lap as she sobbed in his chest. Quinn handed the cup to him so Dimitri held the cup to her lips and said gently: "Drink some water Dumpling. Your voice is a bit rough right now"

She nod and took a few sips from the water. Quinn got up from the bed and moved back as now her whole attention is on Dimitri. Of course, he didn't bond with her and he hate it. She thinks he doesn't like her much. Levi patted his shoulder and sat down on the bed saying: 'hey baby, how are feeling huh?"

He grabbed a few wipes from the nightstand and wiped her face clean when she looked at him. Lilah sobbed hugging him: "papa, I so scared"

Luciano said rushing inside with Adagio who were talking outside about Lilah's condition: "Princess?"

Lilah held her hand up in the air saying from Levi's warm arms covering her whole: "I here Daddy"

Luciano was all worried but couldn't help the chuckled when she called for him. He said smiling walking towards her and picking her in his arms: "you scared Daddy, princess"
