Or you can call them corrupters for short or endo-corrupt
They can only walk

There some unknown virus that injected into one of endo body's by turning them into corrupted
They can attack and eat
(They like walkers from the walking dead)
This virus is not airborne
And this doesn't work on humans and animals
Only robots and animatronics
They will roam around and kill and eat whatever they can find
animatronics and robots will get infected if they get bit by corrupted endos
The infection will slowly spread animatronic body and systems
It take like 8 hours or 6 hours to spread in animatronic body
Once infection complete all over animatronic body and systems
Animatronic will be dead and offline
In 15, 4, or 35 minutes or 3 or 6 hours
The animatronic system started turn on
But animatronic eyes open they reveal glowing veins red eyes
They become a corrupter
They will get up and moving
Like they come back from the dead
And moving corpses
Corrupters don't talk
They only snarls, growls, roars, growling and moans
But they don't reacts with pain
They are aggressive
And Can remain active even with extreme levels of decay and rust
Well the only to kill corrupters by go for the head
You either shoot, slash, stab
So go for the head
Also corrupters don't attack Nightmare, vanny and glitchtrap for some reason
They don't climb, run, swim, open doors, grab items, use weapons
And noise attracts them
And riles them up
They see you, hear you and catch you then eats you
They can form a swarm or herd
