The Never Ending Day

"MOM! I'm going to go hang with Jessica, I have my phone if you need me," I scream through the house, as i'm about to walk out the door. As i'm about to open the door i hear a faint reply.

"Please be careful, and call when you get there," I nod my head at this but realized that she couldn't see me so i yelled, "OK! Have fun with a no Laura day!"

I heard a slight giggle at this and knew i had just made my moms day. A smile etched its way onto my face as i walk out the door, a little skip in my step. I turn around to lock the door with the house key so mom doesn't have to get up and lock it. I silently walk down the sidewalk, the only sound was the little clicks that my shoes are making on the pavement. I start to whistle to a tune that randomly popped up into my head, as i started to look at my phone for any text messages. As i continued walking i didn't notice where i was going until i ran into something.

"DING!! OWWWW, STUPID POLE!!!" My voice sounded through the streets as i rubbed my head furiously in pain. A groan escaped my lips as i felt a bump forming where i hit my head. My head fell from my face as i kept on walking searching for my friends house.

'2234, 2235, 2236!!! This is the house,' I thought as i started up the stairs to the door. I quickly knocked on the door waiting for it to open. I glanced around the house to see that they had a nice flower bed, with tulips and roses. A smile caressed my face as i saw my favorite flower, Lily's. They remind me of my mom, always nice, always bright, and she doesn't smell half bed either. I giggled at that thought. Suddenly the door opened to reveal my best friend, she smiled her million dollar smile as she stepped to the right to let me in.

As i entered the house I screamed at the top of my lungs, "HONEY I'M HOME!!!" Giggles erupted around me as i started to walk up the stairs happy that i could make my friends family laugh. I walked down the hall my shoes barley making a noise on the carpeted floor, i searched for the door with anime characters on it. I slowly stopped in front of that door and walked in as if it was my own.

"Yeah, sure make your self at home," Jessica said sarcastically as she jumped on her bed, making the bed springs squeak from the pressure they just received. I fell back into her blue beanbag as i waited for something interesting to do.

Yeah as you can tell this is me hanging out with Jessica, we are like soooo interesting, Right?!? Did you catch the sarcasm. I hope you did. As i waited for something to happen Jessica decided to speak up.

"Hey i heard of this place down town where you can take a hot air balloon ride, its like 5.00$. Do you want to go?" Her eyes gleamed with excitement as she waited for my reply. I sucked on my teeth at the thought of high places, until i gave in.

"Okay, we can go, as long as if you're buying my way into the air balloon thing," My voice sounded as heavy as i felt, as i slumped in the bean bag chair knowing this is going to be a long day.

OK, this is a request sent to me by Rebecca Meade. She asked for me to make a Never ending day, and i was thinking of how to do that. So i just took my chances and wrote it how i would have it. Sorry if its to short i will work on it some more.
