Gromit slammed the door and slid down to the floor in panic, covering his face. "Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh!! am I going crazy or something!? No no, it must be some sick joke that Wallace is playing on me.. Alright, calm down, maybe I should just play along." mumbled Gromit, trying to calm himself down. He got up and took a few deep breaths. But when he looked around the room, it somehow felt like this really was the same day.

He opened the door and slowly walked back to the kitchen where Wallace was waiting for him

He opened the door and slowly walked back to the kitchen where Wallace was waiting for him. "Heh, Heya Wallace.. Today is such a special day.. Lancashire's cheese of the year day, only comes once a year.." said Gromit sheepishly.

"Gromit, is everything alright? Did you accidentally try one of my experimental cheese flavored toothpaste? I mean, not that I'd make anything like that, definitely not.." smiled Wallace nervously.

Gromit looked at Wallace, he had pure confusion in his eyes. "Wallace.. Is.. Is this some type of joke or something?" he asked.

"Gromit, I don't know what you're on about. Now come along, we're all ready! This is going to be so exciting!!" giggled Wallace in excitement as he walked towards the door, ready to leave the house.

"Yeah, real exciting.." said Gromit, slowly following Wallace outside the house. "I can't believe it. I won't believe it! It has to be one of his sick jokes. Is he trying to torture me or something!?" though Gromit, closing the house door behind him.

The cracking duo made their way to the festival. Gromit glanced at the festival's location and froze. It really was Lancashire's cheese of the year day, again!? It really wasn't just a joke, his day was repeating all over again! Gromit felt like he was gonna have a mental breakdown. His head started feeling dizzy and he was panicking. "Wallace! I have to leave!!" he shouted, running away from the festival.

"Gromit, oh- You know, sometimes I can't even understand that dog." sighed Wallace. Gromit ran to the bar and stepped inside. He ignored the bell and immediately took the same seat from yesterday. He came here in hopes to catch some sanity. Gromit saw the same waiter from yesterday, approaching him. When the waiter stood in front of him, Gromit asked "Hey, could you please slap me? I think I might be dreaming?". And so the waiter did! "Slaam!" across Gromit's face. "You're certainly not I'm a dream, dear" the waiter chuckled. "Anyway what would you like, sir?" he asked.

Gromit ordered his tea like yesterday, while the waiter mumbled to himself "What a nut..". Gromit grabbed the newspaper, it was the same one from yesterday. Poor Gromit was so lost he didn't know what to think anymore. He made his decision, he was just going to play along. Besides, what else was he supposed to do? He tried thinking about all sorts of things, but it didn't work, all he could think about was his situation. Oh it was driving him mad. He left the bar before he even finished his tea. Just sitting there without anything to distract him from his thoughts was agonizing and he couldn't take it, so he just rushed back home. Although he didn't expect it to be any better there either. "At least I will get some privacy" he thought. Once he entered the house, he immediately headed to his room, not even greeting Wallace.

"Gromit, is that you? Come to the dining room, dinner is ready, lad!" Wallace called out to Gromit.

"Yeah, no thank. I'm not hungry." he called back.

"Hold on just a moment, so you're not even willing to spend quality time with me at the table anymore?!" said Wallace angrily.

"Look I've just had a stressful day today, could you just leave me to have some alone time!?" groaned Gromit.

Wallace stayed silent for a moment. "So be it." he responded in a huff.

Gromit continued his way to his room, stepping inside and closed his door. He turned on his little lamp and sat on the bed. "So what now? Is this the part where I just think about what happened to me today?" he thought to himself. He was pessimistic and didn't have the will to do anything, but eventually he got bored and started knitting.

When he had enough, he covered himself with a blanket and was about to turn his little lamp off, when a thought struck him. What if he didn't put on his night cap during this sleep? So he left it on the desk, turned off his little lamp and went to sleep genuinely not knowing what to expect tomorrow.

"Rise and shine everybody, because it's Lancashire's cheese of the year day!!". Gromit woke up and quickly touched the top of his head. The night cap was back on.. Gromit felt flabbergasted. He got out of bed and stormed out from his room. Sure enough, Wallace was once again in the kitchen getting ready for Lancashire's cheese of the year day.

"Meet me at the bar close by to the festival!" Gromit shouted to Wallace, stepping outside the house and slamming the door.
